Shop signs
A low-poly mall shop sign assembly: a wall-mounted fascia lightbox with a brand-colour face, raised abstract lettering and a roundel, gooseneck lamps above and a lit trough below. A double-sided blade sign flags out from a chrome bracket at the end.

Left rail: colours and the 4 knobs the agent wrote into this model — they rebuild the geometry and go into your download. Right rail: looks for the viewer. Drag to orbit, scroll to zoom.

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:
Shop signs for the Shopping Mall kit. Design it as one clear asset at believable real-world scale for that setting (state the size in metres in meta.notes), with its main parts modelled and named, readable at thumbnail size and from every orbit angle. This is one part of the Shopping Mall kit (Low-poly style, flat-lowpoly direction): A bright atrium with shops on two floors. Use ONLY the kit palette, by name: white #f4f1ec, glass blue #2e67b8, chrome #cad1d8, accent pink #e085a3, white dark #d7cebc, glass blue dark #1f457a, white light #f9f8f6, glass blue light #6190d1, soot black #1b1b22, warm white #f2ede2, mid grey #7d828c, dark wood #3d2a1c. Every material's `name` must be exactly the palette colour it uses — the GLB carries these names so the kit recolours as one; an unnamed material fails delivery. Kit knob: expose a param `shopBrands` (0–1, default 0.5) for the kit's "Shop brands" setting wherever it makes sense on this part, and keep that id.

Note: Size: 3.91 m wide × 1.33 m tall × 1.32 m deep at default params. The fascia is 3.6 m × 0.9 m × 0.3 m, and the blade sign is 0.8 m square and projects 1.22 m from the wall. Mount it with its back on the wall, about 2.6–3 m up over a shopfront. The back of the mounting board is the wall plane. Origin is the bottom centre of the bounding box, the model rests on y = 0 and the sign faces +Z. The GLB has 804 triangles in 16 meshes (one per part per colour) and no animation clip. Every material is named exactly after its kit palette colour. The exporter writes one material per mesh, so a name can repeat: recolour by name. There is no real text or logo: the lettering is abstract modelled glyph blocks. Params are baked into the GLB at their defaults and only change the geometry when the scene is rebuilt in the viewer. shopBrands (the kit's 'Shop brands') picks one of five colourways in fifths: blank 'to let' white, soot black, glass blue with a pink blade (default), accent pink, and dark wood. Those colourways also use glass blue dark, glass blue light and dark wood, which the default GLB does not contain. signWidth also sets the lamp count (2–4). glb-lint: 0 errors and 4 heuristic warnings, covering per-mesh duplicate materials, the material count, deliberately nested parts, and the face panel, which is set 1 cm into the fascia box. plan-check passes except for its part-id regex, which rejects the hyphens in the slug-based ids this library requires. three-check accepts those ids, and all 8 survive the GLB reload.
About the Shop signs 3D model
Shop signs is a free low-poly 3D model from the Shopping Mall set. It measures 3.9 m × 1.3 m × 1.3 m (W × H × D) at real-world scale and is built from 804 triangles across 16 meshes, with 8 named parts. Download the 49 KB GLB and drop it into three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot or Blender — free for commercial use, no attribution required.
- Is the Shop signs 3D model free for commercial use?
- Yes. It is free under the 1DesignTool 3D library license: use it in personal and commercial work — games, apps, websites, renders, ads and client projects — and modify it as you like, with no credit required. What you can't do is re-sell or re-distribute the file on its own or inside a model pack.
- What file format is it, and how big is it?
- A single binary glTF 2.0 file (.glb), 49 KB: 804 triangles, 1,182 vertices and 16 materials, modelled in metres at 3.9 m × 1.3 m × 1.3 m.
- Can I animate Shop signs?
- It ships as a static mesh. Its 8 named parts are separate nodes, so you can move or animate each one in your engine.
- Which engines and tools can open it?
- Anything that reads glTF 2.0. three.js, React Three Fiber, Babylon.js, Godot 4 and Blender import the GLB directly; Unity and Unreal Engine load it through their glTF importers. The snippets above show the exact code for three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot and Blender.
- How was the Shop signs 3D model made?
- Claude Code (Claude Opus 5.5) generated it inside 1DesignTool's 3D template from a written brief, then the design kit's checks verified the geometry and the GLB before it was published. You can make your own the same way with 1DesignTool.
