Water jars

A low-poly River Delta stilt-house water corner: a big dark-glazed rainwater jar with lug ears and a plank lid carrying a coconut-shell ladle, a tan wide-mouthed clay jar with a rope band, and a small green-glazed pot, both open jars holding blue water.

How it was made

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:

Water jars for the River Delta kit. Design it as one clear asset at believable real-world scale for that setting (state the size in metres in meta.notes), with its main parts modelled and named, readable at thumbnail size and from every orbit angle. This is one part of the River Delta kit (Low-poly style, flat-lowpoly direction): Stilt houses and floating trade. Use ONLY the kit palette, by name: muddy brown #43372d, palm green #3a883a, bright boat colours #b39d80, sky blue #2e67b8, muddy brown dark #15120e, palm green dark #235223, muddy brown light #6d5d50, palm green light #5db15d, soot black #1b1b22, warm white #f2ede2, mid grey #7d828c, dark wood #3d2a1c. Every material's `name` must be exactly the palette colour it uses — the GLB carries these names so the kit recolours as one; an unnamed material fails delivery. Kit knob: expose a param `waterLevel` (0–1, default 0.5) for the kit's "Water level" setting wherever it makes sense on this part, and keep that id.

Note: Size: 1.30 m wide (X) × 0.99 m deep (Z) × 0.98 m tall at the ladle on the lid. The big rainwater jar is 0.90 m tall to its rim and 0.71 m across the belly; the clay jar is 0.60 m tall and 0.54 m across; the small pot is 0.32 m tall and 0.34 m across. The origin is at the bottom centre, all three jar feet rest on y = 0 (a stilt-house deck or dock), and the front faces +Z. The GLB has 2,532 triangles in 14 meshes, is static and carries no animation clip; three-check's 2,934-triangle figure includes the viewer's staging ground, which is not exported. Every material is named exactly after a kit palette colour; 7 of the 12 colours are used. The exporter writes one material per mesh, so a colour name can appear on several materials; recolour by name. waterLevel (the kit's 'Water level') sets how full every jar is: the water surface rises from 0.42 to 0.80 m in the big jar, 0.20 to 0.53 m in the clay jar and 0.10 to 0.27 m in the small pot. Each jar's inner wall ends at the water surface, so the jars are hollow only above the water. Water in the big jar is mostly hidden by its lid and narrow neck; it shows from above. lidOpen slides the plank lid (and the ladle on it) back-left by up to 14 cm; the lid's centre always stays inside the rim. jarCount removes the small pot at 2, and the clay jar as well at 1, leaving the big jar; the footprint re-centres each time. Params are baked into the GLB at their defaults and change the geometry only when the scene is rebuilt in the viewer. Only the defaults were rendered and checked. glb-lint: 0 errors and 5 expected warnings: duplicate same-named materials from the per-mesh export, a material count (14) above the direction's 10 for the same reason, deliberately non-indexed geometry for hard flat facets, nested sibling bounds (bands on jar walls), and a 'detached' heuristic on the water (inside the jars) and the lid (resting 1 mm above the rim to avoid coplanar faces). plan-check rejects only the hyphenated library part ids, because its regex allows no hyphen; the same plan with the slug de-hyphenated passes. three-check and the GLB reload keep all 7 ids.

About the Water jars 3D model

Water jars is a free low-poly 3D model from the River Delta set. It measures 1.3 m × 98 cm × 99 cm (W × H × D) at real-world scale and is built from 2,532 triangles across 14 meshes, with 7 named parts. Download the 191 KB GLB and drop it into three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot or Blender — free for commercial use, no attribution required.

Is the Water jars 3D model free for commercial use?
Yes. It is free under the 1DesignTool 3D library license: use it in personal and commercial work — games, apps, websites, renders, ads and client projects — and modify it as you like, with no credit required. What you can't do is re-sell or re-distribute the file on its own or inside a model pack.
What file format is it, and how big is it?
A single binary glTF 2.0 file (.glb), 191 KB: 2,532 triangles, 7,596 vertices and 14 materials, modelled in metres at 1.3 m × 98 cm × 99 cm.
Can I animate Water jars?
It ships as a static mesh. Its 7 named parts are separate nodes, so you can move or animate each one in your engine.
Which engines and tools can open it?
Anything that reads glTF 2.0. three.js, React Three Fiber, Babylon.js, Godot 4 and Blender import the GLB directly; Unity and Unreal Engine load it through their glTF importers. The snippets above show the exact code for three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot and Blender.
How was the Water jars 3D model made?
Claude Code (Claude Opus 5.5) generated it inside 1DesignTool's 3D template from a written brief, then the design kit's checks verified the geometry and the GLB before it was published. You can make your own the same way with 1DesignTool.
