Golf cart
A low-poly two-seat studio golf cart with a warm-white faceted body, red bench seat, black canopy on four struts with an amber beacon, and a rear cargo deck carrying film gear. It loops with rolling wheels, steering and a spinning beacon.

Left rail: colours and the 3 knobs the agent wrote into this model — they rebuild the geometry and go into your download. Right rail: looks for the viewer. Drag to orbit, scroll to zoom.

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:
Golf cart for the Film Studio kit. Design it as one clear asset at believable real-world scale for that setting (state the size in metres in meta.notes), with its main parts modelled and named, readable at thumbnail size and from every orbit angle. It moves: author a seamless baked loop (2–12 s) with every pivot exactly at its hinge, axle or swivel, and keep the base still. This is one part of the Film Studio kit (Low-poly style, flat-lowpoly direction): Sets, lights and fake walls. Use ONLY the kit palette, by name: black #151619, lamp yellow #eecd2b, wood #7d5736, red carpet #c32222, black dark #090a0b, lamp yellow dark #bda00f, black light #3a3c40, lamp yellow light #f0db75, soot black #1b1b22, warm white #f2ede2, mid grey #7d828c, dark wood #3d2a1c. Every material's `name` must be exactly the palette colour it uses — the GLB carries these names so the kit recolours as one; an unnamed material fails delivery. Kit knob: expose a param `filmGenreOnSet` (0–1, default 0.5) for the kit's "Film genre on set" setting wherever it makes sense on this part, and keep that id.

Note: Size: 2.82 m long, 1.26 m wide over the canopy (1.2 m over the wheels), 2.02 m tall to the top of the beacon (canopy at 1.85 m), 1.65 m wheelbase and 0.23 m tyre radius. Origin is on the ground under the footprint centre, the nose faces +Z and the driver sits on +X. The GLB has 2,112 triangles in 41 meshes and one 6 s looping clip 'scene-motion': the wheels roll three whole turns, the front wheels steer on kingpins through their centres (steer_fl / steer_fr nodes rotate about Y), the steering wheel turns on its raked column, and the amber beacon spins on its base. The body never moves. All 12 kit colours are used, and every material is named exactly after its palette colour; the exporter writes one material per mesh, so a name can repeat. Recolour by name. The lamps and beacon are second copies of their palette materials with emission. Params are baked into the GLB at their defaults and only change geometry when the viewer rebuilds the scene; steerLock only changes the steering sweep in the animation. filmGenreOnSet (the kit's 'Film genre on set') picks the cargo on the deck: below 0.34 is a period stack of wooden apple boxes; 0.34–0.67 is a road case plus apple boxes (the default); above 0.67 is action, with two road cases and red sandbags. All three settings pass three-check with the same part ids. glb-lint reports 0 errors. Its verdict prints UNVERIFIED because 5 rules need a requirements contract or a manual review. Its 6 heuristic warnings are expected: per-mesh materials, non-indexed flat-shaded geometry, nested or overlapping trim boxes, small parts seated on other meshes being flagged as 'detached', and a 2 m height checked against a 1 m reference. plan-check passes except for its part-id regex, which rejects the hyphens in the slug-based ids this library requires; a copy with the hyphens removed passes. No windscreen: the kit palette has no glass colour.
About the Golf cart 3D model
Golf cart is a free animated low-poly 3D model from the Film Studio set. It measures 1.3 m × 2.0 m × 2.8 m (W × H × D) at real-world scale and is built from 2,112 triangles across 41 meshes, with 18 named parts and a baked animation (6.0 s). Download the 234 KB GLB and drop it into three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot or Blender — free for commercial use, no attribution required.
- Is the Golf cart 3D model free for commercial use?
- Yes. It is free under the 1DesignTool 3D library license: use it in personal and commercial work — games, apps, websites, renders, ads and client projects — and modify it as you like, with no credit required. What you can't do is re-sell or re-distribute the file on its own or inside a model pack.
- What file format is it, and how big is it?
- A single binary glTF 2.0 file (.glb), 234 KB: 2,112 triangles, 6,336 vertices and 41 materials, modelled in metres at 1.3 m × 2.0 m × 2.8 m.
- Is Golf cart animated?
- Yes — the GLB carries a baked animation (6.0 s), ready to play with any glTF animation mixer.
- Which engines and tools can open it?
- Anything that reads glTF 2.0. three.js, React Three Fiber, Babylon.js, Godot 4 and Blender import the GLB directly; Unity and Unreal Engine load it through their glTF importers. The snippets above show the exact code for three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot and Blender.
- How was the Golf cart 3D model made?
- Claude Code (Claude Opus 5.5) generated it inside 1DesignTool's 3D template from a written brief, then the design kit's checks verified the geometry and the GLB before it was published. You can make your own the same way with 1DesignTool.
