Emperor Penguin
A realistic adult emperor penguin at real scale (1.15 m), standing upright with its flippers slightly out. Sculpted body, orange ear patches fading into a pale-yellow chest, and a long down-curved bill with an orange-pink mandible stripe.

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:
A realistic adult emperor penguin (Aptenodytes forsteri) standing upright with flippers slightly out. Anatomy: about 1.15 m tall, streamlined torpedo body, black head, back and flippers, white belly, bright yellow-orange ear patches fading to pale yellow on the upper chest, a long slightly down-curved bill with an orange-pink lower mandible stripe, dark eyes, short legs with feathered feet and dark claws resting on the ground. Plumage: dense short feathers, a smooth sheen on the back, soft scale-like feather texture on the chest. Hard requirement: the exported GLB must contain more than 20,000 triangles — measure it before delivering; a lighter model is rejected.

Note: Measured export: 112,928 triangles, 5.09 MB GLB, 15 meshes, 6 materials (feather, feather-short, bill, eye, skin, claw). Textures embedded as JPEG: body base colour, normal and roughness at 2048x2048; a tiling feather normal map plus foot-skin colour and normal at 512x512. All generated in JS at build time from seeded noise. Body and head are one sculpted sweep mesh (200 x 176 grid). Bill, eyes, flippers, tail and feet are separate swept surfaces sunk into it. Limits: no fur or feather shells and no hair cards — the plumage is normal-map relief plus albedo and roughness variation, so the silhouette stays smooth. The chest's scale-like feathers only read at close range. The flipper meets the shoulder along a visible crease rather than a feathered blend. No skeleton, no animation. Base colour carries no baked lighting, and there is no AO map. glb-lint has 0 errors. Its warnings come from the declared departures from the soft-clay base direction (6 materials, triangle budget, real-world 1.15 m scale) and from heuristics: the bill and flippers interpenetrate the body by design. Every mesh carries its library id (emperor-penguin.*) under a pivot group with a hyphen-free plan alias (emperorpenguin.*), because the kit's plan validator rejects hyphens. The kit gate's craft rows fail by contract: its craft bundle only rigs humanoid toys, so the plan declares a static bird specimen instead.
