Stone doors

A carved stone portal for a dwarven forge hall: stepped jambs, a strapped lintel and a stone keystone carrying two panelled stone door leaves with iron strap grids, copper ring pulls and an ember lava seam.

How it was made

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:

Stone doors for the Dwarven Forge Hall kit. Design it as one clear asset at believable real-world scale for that setting (state the size in metres in meta.notes), with its main parts modelled and named, readable at thumbnail size and from every orbit angle. This is one part of the Dwarven Forge Hall kit (Low-poly style, flat-lowpoly direction): A mountain hall of fire and stone. Use ONLY the kit palette, by name: iron grey #757e8a, copper #b8602e, ember orange #ed7e1d, soot black #151619, iron grey dark #525860, copper dark #7a401f, iron grey light #a3a5a8, copper light #d18a61, warm white #f2ede2, mid grey #7d828c, dark wood #3d2a1c. Every material's `name` must be exactly the palette colour it uses — the GLB carries these names so the kit recolours as one; an unnamed material fails delivery. Kit knob: expose a param `lavaOnOrOff` (0–1, default 0.5) for the kit's "Lava on or off" setting wherever it makes sense on this part, and keep that id. Material names are the palette colour NAMES listed above (e.g. "leaf green", "dark wood") — never a hex code like "#3d2a1c". meta.json must be valid JSON.

Note: Metres, +Y up, front +Z, origin at the bottom centre resting on y=0. The clear opening is 1.52 m wide and the asset stands 1.90 m tall (2.32 m wide including the threshold step). No motion: evaluatePose is a no-op and index.html ships no bakeClip, so the GLB carries no animation. doorOpen swings both leaves on their jamb hinges to 88 degrees; at 1 the ember seam is revealed in the opening. lavaOnOrOff drives the emissive glow and dims the base colour with it, so 0 reads as a cold seam and 1 as live lava; the material is named 'ember orange' for its on-state. bandCount renumbers the band parts (doors.door.<side>.band.bottom / mid1..mid2 / top), so the part list above is the default bandCount=3 build. The two glb-lint warnings are the runtime's per-mesh material cloning: the GLB carries 20 material instances with 5 unique palette names, not 20 distinct materials. Named views are computed from the live camera aspect, so the model stays framed from desktop to phone portrait.
