Ingot stacks

A 3-2-1 pyramid of cast iron ingots held by copper over-the-top strapping on a dark-wood pallet, a smaller 2-1 copper pile beside it, both seated on a stepped octagonal stone base. The kit's lava knob drives the emissive melt-skin on both top ingots.

How it was made

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:

Ingot stacks for the Dwarven Forge Hall kit. Design it as one clear asset at believable real-world scale for that setting (state the size in metres in meta.notes), with its main parts modelled and named, readable at thumbnail size and from every orbit angle. This is one part of the Dwarven Forge Hall kit (Low-poly style, flat-lowpoly direction): A mountain hall of fire and stone. Use ONLY the kit palette, by name: iron grey #757e8a, copper #b8602e, ember orange #ed7e1d, soot black #151619, iron grey dark #525860, copper dark #7a401f, iron grey light #a3a5a8, copper light #d18a61, warm white #f2ede2, mid grey #7d828c, dark wood #3d2a1c. Every material's `name` must be exactly the palette colour it uses — the GLB carries these names so the kit recolours as one; an unnamed material fails delivery. Kit knob: expose a param `lavaOnOrOff` (0–1, default 0.5) for the kit's "Lava on or off" setting wherever it makes sense on this part, and keep that id.

Note: Static prop: no motion, evaluatePose is a no-op, and the GLB carries no clip (the starter's bakeClip line was removed from index.html). The lavaOnOrOff knob drives the emissive melt-skin material on both top ingots — 0 reads as cooled slag (soot, no emission), 1 as molten ember (glowing); it is the forge heat, not a separate lava geometry. Material naming: every material in assets/three/scene.js carries the exact kit palette colour name (iron grey, iron grey light, iron grey dark, copper, copper light, copper dark, dark wood, soot black, mid grey, ember orange) as material.name, so the GLB's materials are all named by palette colour — verified 27/27 named, 0 empty, 0 off-palette. The scene reuses one shared material instance per name; the GLB holds 27 material entries because the runtime clones materials per mesh on export (inherent runtime behaviour, names included). Part ids use underscores because the kit's part-id regex forbids hyphens, so the slug prefix is 'ingotstacks' rather than the hyphenated slug. The flat-lowpoly direction manifest is inlined in assets/three/scene.js because a project that copied only assets/ has no directions3d/ directory to fetch. The octagonal stone base is a modelled part of the prop (named and registered), not a stage ground disc — the viewer's disc ground stays outside the model scope. glb-lint's remaining warnings are inherent: the per-mesh material clones read as duplicates, ExtrudeGeometry is non-indexed by design for flat shading, and the 0.223 m prop is small against the direction's 1 m reference height.
