Anvils

A faceted dwarf-pattern forge anvil with a tapered horn, stepped heel and a square hardy hole sunk through its hardened face plate, strapped in copper on a banded oak block and soot-black hearth stone beside a glowing coal tray. A static prop for the Dwarven Forge Hall kit.

How it was made

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:

Anvils for the Dwarven Forge Hall kit. Design it as one clear asset at believable real-world scale for that setting (state the size in metres in meta.notes), with its main parts modelled and named, readable at thumbnail size and from every orbit angle. This is one part of the Dwarven Forge Hall kit (Low-poly style, flat-lowpoly direction): A mountain hall of fire and stone. Use ONLY the kit palette, by name: iron grey #757e8a, copper #b8602e, ember orange #ed7e1d, soot black #151619, iron grey dark #525860, copper dark #7a401f, iron grey light #a3a5a8, copper light #d18a61, warm white #f2ede2, mid grey #7d828c, dark wood #3d2a1c. Every material's `name` must be exactly the palette colour it uses — the GLB carries these names so the kit recolours as one; an unnamed material fails delivery. Kit knob: expose a param `lavaOnOrOff` (0–1, default 0.5) for the kit's "Lava on or off" setting wherever it makes sense on this part, and keep that id.

Note: Believable mountain-hall scale: 0.85 m long, 0.78 m tall, 0.47 m deep, resting exactly on y = 0 with the origin at the bottom centre and the front facing +Z. The striking face sits at 0.78 m, the working height of the kit's other anvils. Static: evaluatePose is a no-op, motion is a static rest, and the GLB carries 0 animation clips. All five params rebuild the procedural viewer only — the standalone GLB is the default geometry; lavaOnOrOff scales the coal emissive at build time (at 0 the coals stay flat ember orange with no glow) and never animates. The square hardy well is real geometry driven down through the face plate and table, lined in soot black. Warm white from the kit palette is unused on this part. 660 triangles, 37 meshes, 10 named materials, 0 textures. Part ids drop hyphens to satisfy the kit part-id grammar; the library slug keeps them. glb-lint reports 0 errors and 3 non-blocking heuristic warnings: non-indexed ExtrudeGeometry output (intended for flat shading), the designed horn-collar nesting, and stacked courses the sibling-AABB test cannot see across nested groups — all reviewed in the side and front captures.
