Resistors
A bank of four through-hole axial resistors stood upright on a fragment of circuit board, each barrel wearing four modelled colour bands and a gold hairpin lead that arcs over the top and dives back into its own solder pad. Low-poly and flat-shaded for the Circuit City kit, at true 1/4 W component scale.

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:
Resistors for the Circuit City kit. Design it as one clear asset at believable real-world scale for that setting (state the size in metres in meta.notes), with its main parts modelled and named, readable at thumbnail size and from every orbit angle. This is one part of the Circuit City kit (Low-poly style, flat-lowpoly direction): The inside of a computer as a city. Use ONLY the kit palette, by name: board green #3a883a, gold traces #d0a225, black chips #151619, led colours #988e81, board green dark #235223, gold traces dark #8f7019, board green light #5db15d, gold traces light #debd63, soot black #1b1b22, warm white #f2ede2, mid grey #7d828c, dark wood #3d2a1c. Every material's `name` must be exactly the palette colour it uses — the GLB carries these names so the kit recolours as one; an unnamed material fails delivery. Kit knob: expose a param `ledColours` (0–1, default 0.5) for the kit's "LED colours" setting wherever it makes sense on this part, and keep that id.

Note: 2116 triangles, 28 draw primitives, bounds 40.5 x 15.0 x 17.0 mm — real 1/4 W through-hole resistors (6.3 mm barrels on 8.5 mm pitch) on a 1.6 mm board fragment, so the asset is deliberately small: scale the root if you want it to read as architecture in a Circuit City scene. Origin is bottom centre and the model rests exactly on y = 0; front faces +Z (the long traces run toward +Z). Static asset — no animation clip in the GLB. Material names are the Circuit City palette colour names ('board green', 'gold traces', ...), which is what the kit recolours on; the asset uses 9 of the 12 kit colours. The glTF exporter clones a material per primitive, so the file lists 28 material entries carrying those 9 distinct names — recolour by name, not by index. Flat shading is baked into the geometry as split vertex normals (glTF has no flatShading flag), which is why most primitives are non-indexed. 'ledColours' promotes colour bands from the muted set to the lit set in order (0 = all muted, 1 = all lit) rather than blending, so every band stays an exact kit palette colour. Part ids use the 'resistors.' root rather than the slug: the kit's plan checker requires dotted ids whose first segment has no hyphens. glbLint reports 0 errors; its own verdict reads UNVERIFIED only because no quality-contract sidecar was supplied, and it warns on material count (exporter clones), non-indexed primitives (intended flat shading), band-over-barrel nesting, and small absolute size against the direction's 1 m reference height.
