Statues
A low-poly Venetian doge statue: a marble figure in a gilded corno cap, ermine collar and terracotta mantle, one hand raised over the canal and an orb-and-cross staff in the other, on a stepped white-stone pedestal with red-marble panels and a green high-water stain at its foot.

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:
Statues for the Canal City kit. Design it as one clear asset at believable real-world scale for that setting (state the size in metres in meta.notes), with its main parts modelled and named, readable at thumbnail size and from every orbit angle. This is one part of the Canal City kit (Low-poly style, flat-lowpoly direction): A trading city of bridges and palaces. Use ONLY the kit palette, by name: terracotta #be5937, canal green #3a883a, stone white #f4f1ec, carnival gold #d0a225, terracotta dark #823d26, canal green dark #235223, terracotta light #d08971, canal green light #5db15d, soot black #1b1b22, warm white #f2ede2, mid grey #7d828c, dark wood #3d2a1c. Every material's `name` must be exactly the palette colour it uses — the GLB carries these names so the kit recolours as one; an unnamed material fails delivery. Kit knob: expose a param `waterLevel` (0–1, default 0.5) for the kit's "Water level" setting wherever it makes sense on this part, and keep that id.

Note: Size: 4.2 m tall overall. The pedestal is 1.7 m high on a 1.52 m × 1.52 m footing (die 0.92 m square), and the figure is 2.2 m to the tip of the corno, standing on a 10 cm red plinth. The staff's cross reaches about 4.2 m. Origin is at the bottom centre, the footing rests on y = 0 and the figure faces +Z. The GLB has 1,966 triangles in 23 meshes, is static and carries no animation clip. three-check's ~2.1k figure includes the viewer's staging ground, which is not exported. Every material is named exactly after a kit palette colour (10 of the 12 are used). The exporter writes one material per mesh, so a colour name can repeat; recolour by name. waterLevel (kit 'Water level') sets the canal's high-water mark on the pedestal. It is a canal-green-dark algae stain with a canal-green tide line, 6 mm proud of each course, rising from 4 cm (0.01) to just under the panel sill (1). At 0 the 'tide' part does not exist. pedestalHeight, figureHeight and armReach (0 = arm lowered, 1 = hand raised over the canal) reshape the model. Params are baked into the GLB at their defaults and only change geometry when the scene is rebuilt in the viewer. The extreme combination (water 1, pedestal 1.2 m, figure 2.6 m, arm 0) passed three-check and was inspected. glb-lint: 0 errors and 6 expected warnings: more than 10 materials and duplicate same-named materials, both from per-mesh export, deliberately non-indexed flat facets, nested pedestal courses and panels, the plinth flagged 'detached' because it rests on the pedestal part, and a 4.2 m height against the direction's 1 m reference. plan-check rejects only the hyphenated library part ids, because its regex allows no hyphen; the same plan with the slug de-hyphenated passes, and three-check and the GLB reload keep all 10 ids.
About the Statues 3D model
Statues is a free low-poly 3D model from the Canal City set. It measures 1.5 m × 4.2 m × 1.5 m (W × H × D) at real-world scale and is built from 1,966 triangles across 23 meshes, with 10 named parts. Download the 159 KB GLB and drop it into three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot or Blender — free for commercial use, no attribution required.
- Is the Statues 3D model free for commercial use?
- Yes. It is free under the 1DesignTool 3D library license: use it in personal and commercial work — games, apps, websites, renders, ads and client projects — and modify it as you like, with no credit required. What you can't do is re-sell or re-distribute the file on its own or inside a model pack.
- What file format is it, and how big is it?
- A single binary glTF 2.0 file (.glb), 159 KB: 1,966 triangles, 5,898 vertices and 23 materials, modelled in metres at 1.5 m × 4.2 m × 1.5 m.
- Can I animate Statues?
- It ships as a static mesh. Its 10 named parts are separate nodes, so you can move or animate each one in your engine.
- Which engines and tools can open it?
- Anything that reads glTF 2.0. three.js, React Three Fiber, Babylon.js, Godot 4 and Blender import the GLB directly; Unity and Unreal Engine load it through their glTF importers. The snippets above show the exact code for three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot and Blender.
- How was the Statues 3D model made?
- Claude Code (Claude Opus 5.5) generated it inside 1DesignTool's 3D template from a written brief, then the design kit's checks verified the geometry and the GLB before it was published. You can make your own the same way with 1DesignTool.
