Small shrine
A low-poly wayside shrine for the Bamboo Forest kit: a small red-posted shrine house with lattice doors, a black gable roof and crossed chigi on a stone pedestal, fronted by a red torii and two stone lanterns on a mossy stone platform in low ground mist.

Left rail: colours and the 4 knobs the agent wrote into this model — they rebuild the geometry and go into your download. Right rail: looks for the viewer. Drag to orbit, scroll to zoom.

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:
Small shrine for the Bamboo Forest kit. Design it as one clear asset at believable real-world scale for that setting (state the size in metres in meta.notes), with its main parts modelled and named, readable at thumbnail size and from every orbit angle. This is one part of the Bamboo Forest kit (Low-poly style, flat-lowpoly direction): Tall stalks, mist and stone paths. Use ONLY the kit palette, by name: bamboo green #3a883a, mist grey #adadad, stone #9c958b, red accent #c32222, bamboo green dark #235223, mist grey dark #878787, bamboo green light #5db15d, mist grey light #d4d4d4, soot black #1b1b22, warm white #f2ede2, mid grey #7d828c, dark wood #3d2a1c. Every material's `name` must be exactly the palette colour it uses — the GLB carries these names so the kit recolours as one; an unnamed material fails delivery. Kit knob: expose a param `mistDensity` (0–1, default 0.5) for the kit's "Mist density" setting wherever it makes sense on this part, and keep that id.

Note: Size: the stone platform is 1.6 × 2.0 m (2.26 m deep with the front step) and the shrine is 1.76 m tall to the chigi tips; the torii stands 1.36 m and the shrine house is about 0.56 × 0.46 m in plan. At the default mistDensity the low mist banks widen the footprint to about 2.3 × 2.6 m. The bottom rests on y = 0, the origin is at the bottom centre of the platform and the front (torii, step, shrine doors) faces +Z. The GLB has 1,580 triangles in 19 meshes, is static and carries no animation clip. Every material is named exactly after a kit palette colour (9 of the 12; mid grey, mist grey dark and bamboo green light are unused). The exporter writes one material per mesh, so some names appear more than once; recolour by name. mistDensity (the kit "Mist density") sets how many low mist banks pool round the platform (0 to 8, front approach kept clear) and how high they rise; at 0 the mist meshes are omitted. Mist is opaque faceted geometry flattened onto y = 0, not a volumetric effect. pedestalHeight, roofPitch and lanternCount (0, 1 or 2) reshape the shrine. Params are baked into the GLB at their defaults and change the geometry only when the scene is rebuilt in the viewer; only the defaults were rendered and checked. glb-lint: 0 errors, 4 expected warnings (duplicate per-mesh materials, intentionally non-indexed flat-shaded geometry, nested/overlapping boxes such as walls inside posts, and a 1 m scale heuristic). plan-check rejects only the hyphenated library part ids (its regex allows no hyphen); the same plan with the slug de-hyphenated passes. three-check and the GLB reload keep all 20 ids.
About the Small shrine 3D model
Small shrine is a free low-poly 3D model from the Bamboo Forest set. It measures 2.8 m × 1.8 m × 3.3 m (W × H × D) at real-world scale and is built from 1,580 triangles across 19 meshes, with 20 named parts. Download the 128 KB GLB and drop it into three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot or Blender — free for commercial use, no attribution required.
- Is the Small shrine 3D model free for commercial use?
- Yes. It is free under the 1DesignTool 3D library license: use it in personal and commercial work — games, apps, websites, renders, ads and client projects — and modify it as you like, with no credit required. What you can't do is re-sell or re-distribute the file on its own or inside a model pack.
- What file format is it, and how big is it?
- A single binary glTF 2.0 file (.glb), 128 KB: 1,580 triangles, 4,740 vertices and 19 materials, modelled in metres at 2.8 m × 1.8 m × 3.3 m.
- Can I animate Small shrine?
- It ships as a static mesh. Its 20 named parts are separate nodes, so you can move or animate each one in your engine.
- Which engines and tools can open it?
- Anything that reads glTF 2.0. three.js, React Three Fiber, Babylon.js, Godot 4 and Blender import the GLB directly; Unity and Unreal Engine load it through their glTF importers. The snippets above show the exact code for three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot and Blender.
- How was the Small shrine 3D model made?
- Claude Code (Claude Opus 5.5) generated it inside 1DesignTool's 3D template from a written brief, then the design kit's checks verified the geometry and the GLB before it was published. You can make your own the same way with 1DesignTool.
