Stone sledge
A low-poly Ancient Egyptian haulage sledge: two dark-wood runners with upturned prows carry a gold-tipped limestone pyramidion lashed down with ropes, with a lapis water jar that tips to wet the sand ahead and two tow ropes ending in pulling toggles.

Left rail: colours and the 3 knobs the agent wrote into this model — they rebuild the geometry and go into your download. Right rail: looks for the viewer. Drag to orbit, scroll to zoom.

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:
Stone sledge for the Ancient Egypt kit. Design it as one clear asset at believable real-world scale for that setting (state the size in metres in meta.notes), with its main parts modelled and named, readable at thumbnail size and from every orbit angle. It moves: author a seamless baked loop (2–12 s) with every pivot exactly at its hinge, axle or swivel, and keep the base still. This is one part of the Ancient Egypt kit (Low-poly style, flat-lowpoly direction): Temples and work camps by the river. Use ONLY the kit palette, by name: sand #d1bd94, lapis blue #2e67b8, gold #d0a225, palm green #3a883a, sand dark #ba9c5e, lapis blue dark #1f457a, sand light #e6ddcb, lapis blue light #6190d1, soot black #1b1b22, warm white #f2ede2, mid grey #7d828c, dark wood #3d2a1c. Every material's `name` must be exactly the palette colour it uses — the GLB carries these names so the kit recolours as one; an unnamed material fails delivery. Kit knob: expose a param `pyramidSizeAndCompletion` (0–1, default 0.5) for the kit's "Pyramid size and completion" setting wherever it makes sense on this part, and keep that id.

Note: Size: the sledge itself is about 1.5 m wide (cross beams) and 4.3 m long over the runners; with the default 1.2 m tow ropes and their 0.52 m toggles the whole asset is 2.0 m wide × 5.55 m long × 1.77 m tall to the pyramidion tip. Origin at the bottom centre of the footprint, both runners rest flat on y = 0, front (prows and tow ropes) faces +Z. The GLB has 2,164 triangles in 20 meshes and one 6 s seamless clip 'scene-motion': the water jar tips forward about 60° on its pin (pivot on the pin axis) to pour and rights itself, and each tow rope sways ±4° about its tie at the prow tip; runners, deck, stone and stand never move. Because three-check exports after its t = 2 s determinism seek, the static node pose in the GLB is the t = 2 s frame (jar partly tipped); the clip starts upright at t = 0. Every material is named exactly after a kit palette colour (8 of the 12 used); the exporter writes one material per mesh, so a name can repeat. pyramidSizeAndCompletion (the kit's 'Pyramid size and completion' knob) scales the pyramidion 0.8×–1.2× (1× at the default: 1.24 m square plinth, 1.15 m tall pyramid) and grows the gilded tip from 12% to 42% of the pyramid height. Params are baked into the GLB at their defaults and change geometry only when the scene is rebuilt in the viewer; only the defaults were rendered and checked. glb-lint: 0 errors; expected warnings for non-indexed flat-shaded geometry, nested frame/deck/stand meshes overlapping by design, and 'detached' stone, chocks and lashing that actually sit on the deck (each part is its own group). plan-check rejects only the hyphenated library part ids, because its regex allows no hyphen; the same plan with the slug de-hyphenated passes. three-check and the GLB reload keep all 11 ids.
About the Stone sledge 3D model
Stone sledge is a free animated low-poly 3D model from the Ancient Egypt set. It measures 1.9 m × 1.8 m × 5.6 m (W × H × D) at real-world scale and is built from 2,164 triangles across 20 meshes, with 11 named parts and a baked animation (6.0 s). Download the 188 KB GLB and drop it into three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot or Blender — free for commercial use, no attribution required.
- Is the Stone sledge 3D model free for commercial use?
- Yes. It is free under the 1DesignTool 3D library license: use it in personal and commercial work — games, apps, websites, renders, ads and client projects — and modify it as you like, with no credit required. What you can't do is re-sell or re-distribute the file on its own or inside a model pack.
- What file format is it, and how big is it?
- A single binary glTF 2.0 file (.glb), 188 KB: 2,164 triangles, 6,492 vertices and 20 materials, modelled in metres at 1.9 m × 1.8 m × 5.6 m.
- Is Stone sledge animated?
- Yes — the GLB carries a baked animation (6.0 s), ready to play with any glTF animation mixer.
- Which engines and tools can open it?
- Anything that reads glTF 2.0. three.js, React Three Fiber, Babylon.js, Godot 4 and Blender import the GLB directly; Unity and Unreal Engine load it through their glTF importers. The snippets above show the exact code for three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot and Blender.
- How was the Stone sledge 3D model made?
- Claude Code (Claude Opus 5.5) generated it inside 1DesignTool's 3D template from a written brief, then the design kit's checks verified the geometry and the GLB before it was published. You can make your own the same way with 1DesignTool.
