Sarcophagus
A low-poly Ancient Egyptian anthropoid sarcophagus: a gilded mummy-shaped lid with a gold face mask, striped lapis-and-gold nemes headdress, broad collar and crossed crook and flail, resting on a lapis-blue trough with gold bands on a low sandstone bier.

Left rail: colours and the 3 knobs the agent wrote into this model — they rebuild the geometry and go into your download. Right rail: looks for the viewer. Drag to orbit, scroll to zoom.

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:
Sarcophagus for the Ancient Egypt kit. Design it as one clear asset at believable real-world scale for that setting (state the size in metres in meta.notes), with its main parts modelled and named, readable at thumbnail size and from every orbit angle. This is one part of the Ancient Egypt kit (Low-poly style, flat-lowpoly direction): Temples and work camps by the river. Use ONLY the kit palette, by name: sand #d1bd94, lapis blue #2e67b8, gold #d0a225, palm green #3a883a, sand dark #ba9c5e, lapis blue dark #1f457a, sand light #e6ddcb, lapis blue light #6190d1, soot black #1b1b22, warm white #f2ede2, mid grey #7d828c, dark wood #3d2a1c. Every material's `name` must be exactly the palette colour it uses — the GLB carries these names so the kit recolours as one; an unnamed material fails delivery. Kit knob: expose a param `pyramidSizeAndCompletion` (0–1, default 0.5) for the kit's "Pyramid size and completion" setting wherever it makes sense on this part, and keep that id.

Note: Size: 2.26 m long (X) × 0.86 m wide (Z) × 0.95 m tall, including the 0.1 m stone bier. The coffin itself is 2.1 m long and up to 0.72 m wide across the shoulders. The long side faces +Z with the head at +X, the origin is at the bottom centre and the bier rests on y = 0. The GLB has 1,136 triangles in 15 meshes and is static, with no animation clip. Every material is named exactly after a kit palette colour (7 of the 12 are used at the default). The exporter writes one material per mesh, so a colour name can appear on several materials; recolour by name. The trough is hollow with a soot-black interior, and the lid floats 2 mm above the rim. pyramidSizeAndCompletion (the kit's 'Pyramid size and completion' knob) scales the piece by ±10% and sets how finished it is: plain sand stone below 0.2, painted lapis bands from 0.2, and a lapis trough with a gilded lid from 0.4. length sets the coffin length. lidSlide slides the lid (with its face, beard and crook and flail) toward +Z to show the interior; it was rendered at 0.3 m and passed three-check. Params are baked into the GLB at their defaults and only change the geometry when the scene is rebuilt in the viewer. glb-lint: 0 errors and 4 warnings, all expected: material count and duplicates from the per-mesh export, deliberately non-indexed flat-shaded geometry, and sibling overlap from the nested colour meshes. plan-check rejects only the hyphenated library part ids, because its regex allows no hyphen; the same plan with the slug de-hyphenated passes. three-check and the GLB reload keep all 6 ids.
About the Sarcophagus 3D model
Sarcophagus is a free low-poly 3D model from the Ancient Egypt set. It measures 2.3 m × 95 cm × 86 cm (W × H × D) at real-world scale and is built from 1,136 triangles across 15 meshes, with 6 named parts. Download the 93 KB GLB and drop it into three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot or Blender — free for commercial use, no attribution required.
- Is the Sarcophagus 3D model free for commercial use?
- Yes. It is free under the 1DesignTool 3D library license: use it in personal and commercial work — games, apps, websites, renders, ads and client projects — and modify it as you like, with no credit required. What you can't do is re-sell or re-distribute the file on its own or inside a model pack.
- What file format is it, and how big is it?
- A single binary glTF 2.0 file (.glb), 93 KB: 1,136 triangles, 3,408 vertices and 15 materials, modelled in metres at 2.3 m × 95 cm × 86 cm.
- Can I animate Sarcophagus?
- It ships as a static mesh. Its 6 named parts are separate nodes, so you can move or animate each one in your engine.
- Which engines and tools can open it?
- Anything that reads glTF 2.0. three.js, React Three Fiber, Babylon.js, Godot 4 and Blender import the GLB directly; Unity and Unreal Engine load it through their glTF importers. The snippets above show the exact code for three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot and Blender.
- How was the Sarcophagus 3D model made?
- Claude Code (Claude Opus 5.5) generated it inside 1DesignTool's 3D template from a written brief, then the design kit's checks verified the geometry and the GLB before it was published. You can make your own the same way with 1DesignTool.
