High racks
A low-poly back-to-back run of high-bay pallet racking: grey braced upright frames with orange load beams over four levels. It is stocked with wooden pallets of carton stacks and stretch-wrapped loads, with hi-vis yellow column guards and end barriers at the floor.

Left rail: colours and the 3 knobs the agent wrote into this model — they rebuild the geometry and go into your download. Right rail: looks for the viewer. Drag to orbit, scroll to zoom.

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:
High racks for the Warehouse and Logistics kit. Design it as one clear asset at believable real-world scale for that setting (state the size in metres in meta.notes), with its main parts modelled and named, readable at thumbnail size and from every orbit angle. This is one part of the Warehouse and Logistics kit (Low-poly style, flat-lowpoly direction): Racks, parcels and deadlines. Use ONLY the kit palette, by name: cardboard brown #6b4a2e, rack orange #ed7e1d, grey #757e8a, hi-vis yellow #ffe042, cardboard brown dark #362517, rack orange dark #af590e, cardboard brown light #9b704b, rack orange light #eea668, soot black #1b1b22, warm white #f2ede2, mid grey #7d828c, dark wood #3d2a1c. Every material's `name` must be exactly the palette colour it uses — the GLB carries these names so the kit recolours as one; an unnamed material fails delivery. Kit knob: expose a param `stockLevel` (0–1, default 0.5) for the kit's "Stock level" setting wherever it makes sense on this part, and keep that id.

Note: Size: about 6.3 m wide (two 2.7 m bays per run plus end barriers), 2.8 m deep (two 1.1 m frames back to back with a 0.3 m flue, pallets overhanging the aisles) and 7.35 m tall. Beam levels are 1.5 m apart, plus a floor location. The origin is the bottom centre of the footprint, the base plates rest on y = 0 and the front aisle faces +Z. The back run is stocked too, so the model reads from both sides. The GLB has 4,440 triangles in 14 meshes (merged per part and colour) and no animation clip. Every material is named exactly after a kit palette colour, and all 12 colours are used. The exporter writes one material per mesh, so a colour name can appear on more than one material: recolour by name. Params are baked into the GLB at their defaults and only change the geometry when the scene is rebuilt in the viewer. stockLevel (the kit's 'Stock level') is the share of the 40 pallet locations that hold a load, filled in a fixed seeded order. Upper levels empty slightly sooner. A few more locations always hold an empty pallet, so stockLevel 0 still shows pallets. Only the default settings were exported and checked: at 3 bays, 5 levels and stockLevel 1 the model should stay well under 10,000 triangles by construction, but that was not verified. glb-lint reports 0 errors and 4 heuristic warnings. Two are about material count and duplicates, both caused by the per-mesh materials. One flags deliberate overlaps (posts inside guards, beam ends on posts). The last compares the 7.35 m height with the direction's 1 m reference. plan-check passes on a copy with the hyphens removed from the part ids. Its id regex rejects the hyphenated slug ids this library requires, but three-check accepts them and all 5 survive the GLB reload.
About the High racks 3D model
High racks is a free low-poly 3D model from the Warehouse and Logistics set. It measures 6.5 m × 7.3 m × 2.9 m (W × H × D) at real-world scale and is built from 4,440 triangles across 14 meshes, with 5 named parts. Download the 248 KB GLB and drop it into three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot or Blender — free for commercial use, no attribution required.
- Is the High racks 3D model free for commercial use?
- Yes. It is free under the 1DesignTool 3D library license: use it in personal and commercial work — games, apps, websites, renders, ads and client projects — and modify it as you like, with no credit required. What you can't do is re-sell or re-distribute the file on its own or inside a model pack.
- What file format is it, and how big is it?
- A single binary glTF 2.0 file (.glb), 248 KB: 4,440 triangles, 8,880 vertices and 14 materials, modelled in metres at 6.5 m × 7.3 m × 2.9 m.
- Can I animate High racks?
- It ships as a static mesh. Its 5 named parts are separate nodes, so you can move or animate each one in your engine.
- Which engines and tools can open it?
- Anything that reads glTF 2.0. three.js, React Three Fiber, Babylon.js, Godot 4 and Blender import the GLB directly; Unity and Unreal Engine load it through their glTF importers. The snippets above show the exact code for three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot and Blender.
- How was the High racks 3D model made?
- Claude Code (Claude Opus 5.5) generated it inside 1DesignTool's 3D template from a written brief, then the design kit's checks verified the geometry and the GLB before it was published. You can make your own the same way with 1DesignTool.
