Light aircraft
A low-poly six-seat high-wing bush plane in warm white and earth red, with strut-braced wings, a two-blade propeller and fixed tricycle gear on fat bush tyres. A 6-second loop turns the propeller and swings the rudder, ailerons and elevators on their hinges.

Left rail: colours and the 4 knobs the agent wrote into this model — they rebuild the geometry and go into your download. Right rail: looks for the viewer. Drag to orbit, scroll to zoom.

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:
Light aircraft for the Savanna kit. Design it as one clear asset at believable real-world scale for that setting (state the size in metres in meta.notes), with its main parts modelled and named, readable at thumbnail size and from every orbit angle. It moves: author a seamless baked loop (2–12 s) with every pivot exactly at its hinge, axle or swivel, and keep the base still. This is one part of the Savanna kit (Low-poly style, flat-lowpoly direction): Golden grass and big animals. Use ONLY the kit palette, by name: straw gold #d0a225, acacia green #3a883a, earth red #c32222, dusk purple #572e6b, straw gold dark #8f7019, acacia green dark #235223, straw gold light #debd63, acacia green light #5db15d, soot black #1b1b22, warm white #f2ede2, mid grey #7d828c, dark wood #3d2a1c. Every material's `name` must be exactly the palette colour it uses — the GLB carries these names so the kit recolours as one; an unnamed material fails delivery. Kit knob: expose a param `dryOrWetSeason` (0–1, default 0.5) for the kit's "Dry or wet season" setting wherever it makes sense on this part, and keep that id.

Note: Size: a Cessna 206-class bush plane, about 8.75 m long, 11.0 m wingspan (wingSpan param 10–12 m) and 2.9 m to the fin tip; cabin about 1.2 m wide. The nose faces +Z, the origin is at the bottom centre, and the three tyres rest on y = 0 on flat facets. The GLB has 1,436 triangles in 22 meshes (merged per part and colour) and one baked 6 s clip, 'scene-motion', sampled at 30 fps: the propeller turns 6 whole revolutions on its crankshaft axis, the rudder sweeps once, the ailerons deflect opposite each other twice and the elevators nod once, each on a pivot node on its hinge line. Fuselage, wings, gear and wheels never move. The GLB's static node pose is three-check's t = 2 s export frame, so moving parts sit mid-motion when no clip plays. Every material is named exactly after its Savanna palette colour; the exporter writes one material per mesh, so a name repeats across materials — recolour by name. Normals are baked flat (non-indexed). Windows are opaque tinted panels, no interior. Params are baked at their defaults and only change the model when it is rebuilt in the viewer: dryOrWetSeason (the kit's 'Dry or wet season') paints the belly band from pale straw dust (dry) through dried mud to dark-wood mud (wet) and splashes it higher up the sides as it gets wetter; wingSpan stretches the tapered outer wing panels and ailerons; tyreSize swaps bush-tyre radius (gear legs follow); controlSweep changes the baked loop amplitude. glb-lint: 0 errors, heuristic warnings only (per-mesh material count/duplicates, deliberate unindexed flat shading, patches overlapping the fuselage, hinged surfaces and the belly band flagged as 'detached', 2.9× height vs the direction's 1 m reference). plan-check passes except its part-id regex, which rejects the hyphens in the slug-based ids this library requires; the same plan with the slug de-hyphenated passes. three-check accepts those ids and all 14 survive the GLB reload.
About the Light aircraft 3D model
Light aircraft is a free animated low-poly 3D model from the Savanna set. It measures 11 m × 2.9 m × 8.9 m (W × H × D) at real-world scale and is built from 1,436 triangles across 22 meshes, with 14 named parts and a baked animation (6.0 s). Download the 154 KB GLB and drop it into three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot or Blender — free for commercial use, no attribution required.
- Is the Light aircraft 3D model free for commercial use?
- Yes. It is free under the 1DesignTool 3D library license: use it in personal and commercial work — games, apps, websites, renders, ads and client projects — and modify it as you like, with no credit required. What you can't do is re-sell or re-distribute the file on its own or inside a model pack.
- What file format is it, and how big is it?
- A single binary glTF 2.0 file (.glb), 154 KB: 1,436 triangles, 4,308 vertices and 22 materials, modelled in metres at 11 m × 2.9 m × 8.9 m.
- Is Light aircraft animated?
- Yes — the GLB carries a baked animation (6.0 s), ready to play with any glTF animation mixer.
- Which engines and tools can open it?
- Anything that reads glTF 2.0. three.js, React Three Fiber, Babylon.js, Godot 4 and Blender import the GLB directly; Unity and Unreal Engine load it through their glTF importers. The snippets above show the exact code for three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot and Blender.
- How was the Light aircraft 3D model made?
- Claude Code (Claude Opus 5.5) generated it inside 1DesignTool's 3D template from a written brief, then the design kit's checks verified the geometry and the GLB before it was published. You can make your own the same way with 1DesignTool.
