Shop counter
A low-poly plant shop till counter: dark wood with leaf-green panels on the front and a white worktop. On top sit a till, a hexagonal glass terrarium, potted plants with ivy trailing over the front edge, and a blue watering can. The open shelves on the staff side hold terracotta pots.

Left rail: colours and the 3 knobs the agent wrote into this model — they rebuild the geometry and go into your download. Right rail: looks for the viewer. Drag to orbit, scroll to zoom.

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:
Shop counter for the Plant Shop and Greenhouse kit. Design it as one clear asset at believable real-world scale for that setting (state the size in metres in meta.notes), with its main parts modelled and named, readable at thumbnail size and from every orbit angle. This is one part of the Plant Shop and Greenhouse kit (Low-poly style, flat-lowpoly direction): Glass, humidity and green. Use ONLY the kit palette, by name: leaf green #3a883a, glass blue #2e67b8, terracotta #be5937, white #f4f1ec, leaf green dark #235223, glass blue dark #1f457a, leaf green light #5db15d, glass blue light #6190d1, soot black #1b1b22, warm white #f2ede2, mid grey #7d828c, dark wood #3d2a1c. Every material's `name` must be exactly the palette colour it uses — the GLB carries these names so the kit recolours as one; an unnamed material fails delivery. Kit knob: expose a param `plantMix` (0–1, default 0.5) for the kit's "Plant mix" setting wherever it makes sense on this part, and keep that id.

Note: Size at the defaults: about 1.86 m wide × 0.70 m deep × 1.58 m tall, measured to the tip of the snake plant. The worktop surface is 0.95 m high. The origin is the bottom centre of the footprint, resting on y = 0. The customer side faces +Z, and the open staff shelves face −Z. The GLB has 2,754 triangles in 30 meshes (one per part and material) and no animation clip. Every material is named exactly after a kit palette colour. The exporter writes one material per mesh, so a colour name can appear on more than one material: recolour by name. The terrarium glass uses a separate transparent, double-sided material that is also named 'glass blue light' (opacity 0.32). plantMix (the kit's 'Plant mix') controls how planted the counter is: the length of the ivy trail (0.1–0.6 m), the number of snake-plant blades (3–8), the succulent rosette (an empty pot of soil at 0), and the share of shelf pots that hold a plant instead of standing empty in nested stacks of three. Params are baked into the GLB at their defaults and only change the geometry when the scene is rebuilt in the viewer. Both extremes were rendered and passed three-check: 3,670 viewer triangles at maximum length, pots and mix, and 1,798 at the minimums. Those viewer counts include about 290 triangles of staging ground that is not exported. Leaf placement is seeded, so it is deterministic. glb-lint: 0 errors and 3 heuristic or direction warnings. They are 30 materials against the direction's soft default of 10 (one per mesh, sharing 12 palette names), duplicate materials per mesh, and intentional nesting such as stacked pots and till keys. plan-check passes except for its part-id regex, which rejects the hyphen in the slug-based ids this library requires. three-check accepts those ids, and all 8 survive the GLB reload.
About the Shop counter 3D model
Shop counter is a free low-poly 3D model from the Plant Shop and Greenhouse set. It measures 1.9 m × 1.6 m × 70 cm (W × H × D) at real-world scale and is built from 2,754 triangles across 30 meshes, with 8 named parts. Download the 176 KB GLB and drop it into three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot or Blender — free for commercial use, no attribution required.
- Is the Shop counter 3D model free for commercial use?
- Yes. It is free under the 1DesignTool 3D library license: use it in personal and commercial work — games, apps, websites, renders, ads and client projects — and modify it as you like, with no credit required. What you can't do is re-sell or re-distribute the file on its own or inside a model pack.
- What file format is it, and how big is it?
- A single binary glTF 2.0 file (.glb), 176 KB: 2,754 triangles, 5,484 vertices and 30 materials, modelled in metres at 1.9 m × 1.6 m × 70 cm.
- Can I animate Shop counter?
- It ships as a static mesh. Its 8 named parts are separate nodes, so you can move or animate each one in your engine.
- Which engines and tools can open it?
- Anything that reads glTF 2.0. three.js, React Three Fiber, Babylon.js, Godot 4 and Blender import the GLB directly; Unity and Unreal Engine load it through their glTF importers. The snippets above show the exact code for three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot and Blender.
- How was the Shop counter 3D model made?
- Claude Code (Claude Opus 5.5) generated it inside 1DesignTool's 3D template from a written brief, then the design kit's checks verified the geometry and the GLB before it was published. You can make your own the same way with 1DesignTool.
