Price tags

A low-poly terracotta trough of soil holding a staggered row of greenhouse stake price tags. Each white or leaf-green tag has the classic clipped-corner outline, a punched hole with a twine loop, and raised price lines on both faces.

How it was made

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:

Price tags for the Plant Shop and Greenhouse kit. Design it as one clear asset at believable real-world scale for that setting (state the size in metres in meta.notes), with its main parts modelled and named, readable at thumbnail size and from every orbit angle. This is one part of the Plant Shop and Greenhouse kit (Low-poly style, flat-lowpoly direction): Glass, humidity and green. Use ONLY the kit palette, by name: leaf green #3a883a, glass blue #2e67b8, terracotta #be5937, white #f4f1ec, leaf green dark #235223, glass blue dark #1f457a, leaf green light #5db15d, glass blue light #6190d1, soot black #1b1b22, warm white #f2ede2, mid grey #7d828c, dark wood #3d2a1c. Every material's `name` must be exactly the palette colour it uses — the GLB carries these names so the kit recolours as one; an unnamed material fails delivery. Kit knob: expose a param `plantMix` (0–1, default 0.5) for the kit's "Plant mix" setting wherever it makes sense on this part, and keep that id.

Note: Size at the defaults: 0.41 m long × 0.11 m deep × 0.29 m tall overall. The trough is 0.40 × 0.10 m and 0.08 m tall including its feet. Each tag head is 62 × 85 mm and 4 mm thick, the size of a real greenhouse stake label. The origin is the bottom centre of the footprint, resting on y = 0, and the front faces +Z. The GLB has 1,196 triangles in 9 meshes (one per part and material) and no animation clip. Every material is named exactly after a kit palette colour. The exporter writes one material per mesh, so 'white' and 'dark wood' each appear twice: recolour by name. Warm white, mid grey, glass blue dark, glass blue light and leaf green light from the kit palette are not used. The price lines are plain raised bars, with no text or numbers. plantMix (the kit's 'Plant mix') sets the share of tags in the leaf-green 'plant' finish versus plain white (seeded order, ceil(plantMix × count)). tagCount also changes the trough length. Params are baked into the GLB at their defaults and only change the geometry when the scene is rebuilt in the viewer. Both param extremes (7 tall, fully leaning, all-green tags, and 3 short, upright, all-white tags) were rendered and passed three-check. glb-lint: 0 errors and 3 heuristic warnings. They are duplicate material names, 'detached' parts that are actually embedded (stakes buried in the soil, bars sunk into the tag faces), and a scale note against the 1 m reference height (the tags really are 0.29 m tall). plan-check passes except for its part-id regex, which rejects the hyphen in the slug-based ids this library requires. A de-hyphenated copy passes, three-check accepts the real ids, and all 6 survive the GLB reload.

About the Price tags 3D model

Price tags is a free low-poly 3D model from the Plant Shop and Greenhouse set. It measures 41 cm × 29 cm × 11 cm (W × H × D) at real-world scale and is built from 1,196 triangles across 9 meshes, with 6 named parts. Download the 69 KB GLB and drop it into three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot or Blender — free for commercial use, no attribution required.

Is the Price tags 3D model free for commercial use?
Yes. It is free under the 1DesignTool 3D library license: use it in personal and commercial work — games, apps, websites, renders, ads and client projects — and modify it as you like, with no credit required. What you can't do is re-sell or re-distribute the file on its own or inside a model pack.
What file format is it, and how big is it?
A single binary glTF 2.0 file (.glb), 69 KB: 1,196 triangles, 2,212 vertices and 9 materials, modelled in metres at 41 cm × 29 cm × 11 cm.
Can I animate Price tags?
It ships as a static mesh. Its 6 named parts are separate nodes, so you can move or animate each one in your engine.
Which engines and tools can open it?
Anything that reads glTF 2.0. three.js, React Three Fiber, Babylon.js, Godot 4 and Blender import the GLB directly; Unity and Unreal Engine load it through their glTF importers. The snippets above show the exact code for three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot and Blender.
How was the Price tags 3D model made?
Claude Code (Claude Opus 5.5) generated it inside 1DesignTool's 3D template from a written brief, then the design kit's checks verified the geometry and the GLB before it was published. You can make your own the same way with 1DesignTool.
