Misting system
A low-poly free-standing greenhouse misting station: a skid carrying a blue water drum and a green pump with a flywheel, a tall braced riser pipe, and a swivel boom with two spinning nozzle heads trailing white mist puffs over a tray of potted seedlings. It has a seamless 6 s loop: the boom sweeps, the nozzle heads and the flywheel spin.

Left rail: colours and the 4 knobs the agent wrote into this model — they rebuild the geometry and go into your download. Right rail: looks for the viewer. Drag to orbit, scroll to zoom.

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:
Misting system for the Plant Shop and Greenhouse kit. Design it as one clear asset at believable real-world scale for that setting (state the size in metres in meta.notes), with its main parts modelled and named, readable at thumbnail size and from every orbit angle. It moves: author a seamless baked loop (2–12 s) with every pivot exactly at its hinge, axle or swivel, and keep the base still. This is one part of the Plant Shop and Greenhouse kit (Low-poly style, flat-lowpoly direction): Glass, humidity and green. Use ONLY the kit palette, by name: leaf green #3a883a, glass blue #2e67b8, terracotta #be5937, white #f4f1ec, leaf green dark #235223, glass blue dark #1f457a, leaf green light #5db15d, glass blue light #6190d1, soot black #1b1b22, warm white #f2ede2, mid grey #7d828c, dark wood #3d2a1c. Every material's `name` must be exactly the palette colour it uses — the GLB carries these names so the kit recolours as one; an unnamed material fails delivery. Kit knob: expose a param `plantMix` (0–1, default 0.5) for the kit's "Plant mix" setting wherever it makes sense on this part, and keep that id.

Note: Size: 2.08 m tall to the boom's king-post cap (1.8 m riser), 1.4 m boom span, on a 0.92 × 0.6 m skid. Origin at the bottom centre on the riser axis, runners resting on y = 0; the pump and flywheel face +Z. The GLB has 2,616 triangles in 34 meshes and uses 11 of the 12 kit palette colours (not warm white). Every material is named exactly after its colour; the exporter writes one material per mesh, so names repeat — recolour by name. The baked clip scene-motion (6 s, seamless) moves only four parts, each on its own pivot. The boom swivels ±35° (one sine period) about the riser axis. The two nozzle heads are nested under the boom and make three whole turns about their own stems, in opposite directions. The pump flywheel makes four turns about its shaft. The skid, tank, pump body, riser and seedlings never move. The mist is stylised: white faceted puffs fixed to each nozzle head, so they swirl with it. They do not fade, and glb-lint reports them as detached because they float below the jets by design. Params are baked into the GLB at their defaults and only change the model when the scene is rebuilt in the viewer. plantMix (the kit's 'Plant mix') grows the four pots from bare soil at 0 to lush 5-leaf seedlings at 1. riserHeight and boomSpan resize the frame, and sweepAngle sets the boom's swing (0 holds it still while the heads still spin). Only the defaults were rendered and checked; the param extremes were not captured. glb-lint: 0 errors and 6 heuristic warnings: material count, per-mesh duplicate material names, non-indexed geometry (deliberate flat shading), nested overlaps (tank bands, pump plinth), the detached mist puffs, and the scale check (a 2.08 m height against a 1 m reference). The verdict reads UNVERIFIED only because no host requirements contract was supplied. plan-check passes except for its part-id regex, which rejects the hyphens in the slug-based ids this library requires; the same plan with the slug de-hyphenated passes. three-check accepts the real ids, and all 10 survive the GLB reload.
About the Misting system 3D model
Misting system is a free animated low-poly 3D model from the Plant Shop and Greenhouse set. It measures 1.8 m × 2.1 m × 1.3 m (W × H × D) at real-world scale and is built from 2,616 triangles across 34 meshes, with 10 named parts and a baked animation (6.0 s). Download the 240 KB GLB and drop it into three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot or Blender — free for commercial use, no attribution required.
- Is the Misting system 3D model free for commercial use?
- Yes. It is free under the 1DesignTool 3D library license: use it in personal and commercial work — games, apps, websites, renders, ads and client projects — and modify it as you like, with no credit required. What you can't do is re-sell or re-distribute the file on its own or inside a model pack.
- What file format is it, and how big is it?
- A single binary glTF 2.0 file (.glb), 240 KB: 2,616 triangles, 7,848 vertices and 34 materials, modelled in metres at 1.8 m × 2.1 m × 1.3 m.
- Is Misting system animated?
- Yes — the GLB carries a baked animation (6.0 s), ready to play with any glTF animation mixer.
- Which engines and tools can open it?
- Anything that reads glTF 2.0. three.js, React Three Fiber, Babylon.js, Godot 4 and Blender import the GLB directly; Unity and Unreal Engine load it through their glTF importers. The snippets above show the exact code for three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot and Blender.
- How was the Misting system 3D model made?
- Claude Code (Claude Opus 5.5) generated it inside 1DesignTool's 3D template from a written brief, then the design kit's checks verified the geometry and the GLB before it was published. You can make your own the same way with 1DesignTool.
