Urns

A low-poly graveyard urn: a lidded stone urn with loop handles and a flame finial on a square pedestal. Its lid is knocked open at the front over a green glow, and it has a dried wreath, moss, dead grass and a low band of moonlit fog at its foot.

How it was made

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:

Urns for the Graveyard kit. Design it as one clear asset at believable real-world scale for that setting (state the size in metres in meta.notes), with its main parts modelled and named, readable at thumbnail size and from every orbit angle. This is one part of the Graveyard kit (Low-poly style, flat-lowpoly direction): Crooked stones under a big moon. Use ONLY the kit palette, by name: slate #525e6f, moonlight blue #2e67b8, dead-grass yellow #eecd2b, green glow #3a883a, slate dark #323943, moonlight blue dark #1f457a, slate light #7b8593, moonlight blue light #6190d1, soot black #1b1b22, warm white #f2ede2, mid grey #7d828c, dark wood #3d2a1c. Every material's `name` must be exactly the palette colour it uses — the GLB carries these names so the kit recolours as one; an unnamed material fails delivery. Kit knob: expose a param `fog` (0–1, default 0.5) for the kit's "Fog" setting wherever it makes sense on this part, and keep that id.

Note: Real-world scale: with the default settings the piece is 1.39 m tall to the finial tip. The pedestal is 0.70 m tall on a 0.62 m square base step. The urn is 0.43 m to its rim (about 0.68 m with the lid and finial) and 0.34 m across the belly. The fog skirt spreads to about 1.2 m across. The origin is at the bottom centre and the model rests exactly on y = 0. The front (+Z) carries the wreath and the lid opening. The fog param is the kit's Fog knob: it sets the height, reach and number of billows of the faceted mist skirt at the foot, and at 0 the fog mesh is left out of the export. lidAjar tilts the lid on its back rim edge, and at 0 the lid is closed and the green glow mesh is left out. The urn body is a real hollow vessel with a wall and an interior floor. The green glow material is lightly emissive and is shared by the moss. Params rebuild the geometry, and the GLB holds the default build only. Static: no animation clip. Part ids use the urns.* prefix because the kit's part-id pattern does not allow hyphens. Every material is named with its exact Graveyard palette colour. 2,120 triangles, 13 meshes, 162 KB at the default settings. glb-lint reports 0 errors. Its warnings were reviewed and are not defects: the exporter duplicates materials per mesh (7 unique colours), the flat-shaded meshes are non-indexed on purpose, grass, fog and wreath parts overlap on purpose, and the lid is flagged as detached only because it sits alone in its hinge group while resting on the rim. The OBJ export carries geometry only.
