Tube worms
A low-poly cluster of nine hydrothermal-vent tube worms: white chitin tubes rising from a dark basalt mound, each crowned by a glowing ridged plume. Built for the Deep Sea Abyss kit.

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:
Tube worms for the Deep Sea Abyss kit. Design it as one clear asset at believable real-world scale for that setting (state the size in metres in meta.notes), with its main parts modelled and named, readable at thumbnail size and from every orbit angle. This is one part of the Deep Sea Abyss kit (Low-poly style, flat-lowpoly direction): Black water and living lights. Use ONLY the kit palette, by name: abyss black #151619, glow cyan #20c6df, magenta #d02597, vent orange #ed7e1d, abyss black dark #090a0b, glow cyan dark #168a9c, abyss black light #3a3c40, glow cyan light #67d4e4, soot black #1b1b22, warm white #f2ede2, mid grey #7d828c, dark wood #3d2a1c. Every material's `name` must be exactly the palette colour it uses — the GLB carries these names so the kit recolours as one; an unnamed material fails delivery. Kit knob: expose a param `glowColour` (0–1, default 0.5) for the kit's "Glow colour" setting wherever it makes sense on this part, and keep that id.

Note: Real-world scale in metres: the cluster is 1.04 m tall with a 0.79 × 0.84 m footprint. The tallest tube is 1.0 m and the basalt mound is 0.72 m across. Origin is the bottom centre of the mound, which rests on y = 0; front faces +Z. The model is static, with no animation clip. It has 3,646 triangles at the default 9 worms (5,062 at the maximum of 12) and uses 6 meshes, one per part, each with its own material. Each material is named after its kit palette colour. Facets are baked into the vertex normals, so the model stays flat-shaded in any engine. Plumes and seeps carry a palette-matched emissive colour. glowColour picks the plume swatch in four steps: 0–0.24 vent orange, 0.25–0.49 magenta, 0.5–0.74 glow cyan (default), 0.75–1 glow cyan light. At plumeSize ≥ 1.4 the plumes in the centre can touch. Each library part sits under a `tubeworms.*` alias group that the design kit's checker uses; it is safe to ignore or flatten. glb-lint found no errors. Its verdict is UNVERIFIED rather than a clean pass because no requirements contract was supplied. It also gave one heuristic warning, 'detached parts' on ridges, collars and plumes, because the alias groups make each mesh a lone sibling. In the captures, those parts sit on the tubes. Only the GLB carries materials; the OBJ export is geometry only.
