Pond
A low-poly farm pond at harvest time: still slate water inside a dark earth bank, a weathered timber jetty with a bucket of apples, an apple-red rowboat moored alongside, gold reed beds with cattails, and red and gold leaves and windfall apples floating on the water.

Left rail: colours and the 5 knobs the agent wrote into this model — they rebuild the geometry and go into your download. Right rail: looks for the viewer. Drag to orbit, scroll to zoom.

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:
Pond for the Autumn Orchard kit. Design it as one clear asset at believable real-world scale for that setting (state the size in metres in meta.notes), with its main parts modelled and named, readable at thumbnail size and from every orbit angle. This is one part of the Autumn Orchard kit (Low-poly style, flat-lowpoly direction): Harvest time on a small farm. Use ONLY the kit palette, by name: russet #988e81, apple red #c32222, gold #d0a225, cream #f1e7d0, russet dark #70685c, apple red dark #821717, russet light #b6b3af, apple red light #db5757, soot black #1b1b22, warm white #f2ede2, mid grey #7d828c, dark wood #3d2a1c. Every material's `name` must be exactly the palette colour it uses — the GLB carries these names so the kit recolours as one; an unnamed material fails delivery. Kit knob: expose a param `season` (0–1, default 0.5) for the kit's "Season" setting wherever it makes sense on this part, and keep that id.

Note: Size: 8.5 m wide (x) by 6.7 m deep (z) across the earth bank, and 1.25 m tall to the tallest reed tip at the defaults. The water is about 6.0 m by 4.2 m, its surface is at 0.16 m and the bank crest is at 0.26 m. The jetty deck is at 0.38 m, and the rowboat is 2.2 m long. The origin is the bottom centre, resting on y = 0, and the jetty faces +Z. The GLB has 3,600 triangles in 21 meshes and no animation clip. Normals are baked flat (non-indexed). Every material is named exactly after a kit palette colour. Multi-colour parts (bucket, boat, stones, leaves) are groups with one mesh per colour. The exporter writes one material per mesh, so names repeat (dark wood, apple red …); recolour by name. The water uses mid grey, because the kit palette has no blue; it reads as still slate water. season (the kit's 'Season', 0 = late summer, 1 = late autumn) increases the floating leaves (about 10 → 44) and windfall apples (3 → 10), and above 0.75 it turns the reeds from gold to russet. Params are baked into the GLB at their defaults and only change the geometry when the scene is rebuilt in the viewer. Only the defaults were rendered and checked. glb-lint: 0 errors and 4 heuristic warnings, all expected: more than 10 materials and duplicate names (one material per mesh), non-indexed flat shading, and overlapping sibling boxes (bank, margin, water, boat and floaters are deliberate nested joins). plan-check passes except for its part-id regex, which rejects the hyphens in the slug-based ids this library requires; the same plan with the slug de-hyphenated passes. three-check accepts those ids, and all 13 survive the GLB reload. Fix round 1: the pale palette washed out, so exposure was lowered to 0.5, the bank was moved to dark wood, the jetty to russet, and the boat interior from cream to apple red dark.
About the Pond 3D model
Pond is a free low-poly 3D model from the Autumn Orchard set. It measures 8.5 m × 1.2 m × 6.7 m (W × H × D) at real-world scale and is built from 3,600 triangles across 21 meshes, with 13 named parts. Download the 272 KB GLB and drop it into three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot or Blender — free for commercial use, no attribution required.
- Is the Pond 3D model free for commercial use?
- Yes. It is free under the 1DesignTool 3D library license: use it in personal and commercial work — games, apps, websites, renders, ads and client projects — and modify it as you like, with no credit required. What you can't do is re-sell or re-distribute the file on its own or inside a model pack.
- What file format is it, and how big is it?
- A single binary glTF 2.0 file (.glb), 272 KB: 3,600 triangles, 10,800 vertices and 21 materials, modelled in metres at 8.5 m × 1.2 m × 6.7 m.
- Can I animate Pond?
- It ships as a static mesh. Its 13 named parts are separate nodes, so you can move or animate each one in your engine.
- Which engines and tools can open it?
- Anything that reads glTF 2.0. three.js, React Three Fiber, Babylon.js, Godot 4 and Blender import the GLB directly; Unity and Unreal Engine load it through their glTF importers. The snippets above show the exact code for three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot and Blender.
- How was the Pond 3D model made?
- Claude Code (Claude Opus 5.5) generated it inside 1DesignTool's 3D template from a written brief, then the design kit's checks verified the geometry and the GLB before it was published. You can make your own the same way with 1DesignTool.
