Planters
A low-poly mall atrium planter: a long white planter box with brand-colour side panels and a dark-wood bench cap, filled with pebbled soil, blue hydrangea bushes and a pink blossom tree.

Left rail: colours and the 4 knobs the agent wrote into this model — they rebuild the geometry and go into your download. Right rail: looks for the viewer. Drag to orbit, scroll to zoom.

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:
Planters for the Shopping Mall kit. Design it as one clear asset at believable real-world scale for that setting (state the size in metres in meta.notes), with its main parts modelled and named, readable at thumbnail size and from every orbit angle. This is one part of the Shopping Mall kit (Low-poly style, flat-lowpoly direction): A bright atrium with shops on two floors. Use ONLY the kit palette, by name: white #f4f1ec, glass blue #2e67b8, chrome #cad1d8, accent pink #e085a3, white dark #d7cebc, glass blue dark #1f457a, white light #f9f8f6, glass blue light #6190d1, soot black #1b1b22, warm white #f2ede2, mid grey #7d828c, dark wood #3d2a1c. Every material's `name` must be exactly the palette colour it uses — the GLB carries these names so the kit recolours as one; an unnamed material fails delivery. Kit knob: expose a param `shopBrands` (0–1, default 0.5) for the kit's "Shop brands" setting wherever it makes sense on this part, and keep that id.

Note: Size: 1.86 m long × 0.96 m deep including the bench cap overhang. The planter is 0.55 m tall, about bench-seat height, and the tree reaches 2.5 m with a canopy about 1.6 m across. The origin is the bottom centre of the planter footprint, it rests on y = 0, and the front faces +Z. The GLB has 3,336 triangles in 14 meshes, no textures and no animation clip. Every material is named exactly after its kit palette colour, and 9 of the 12 kit colours are used. The exporter writes one material per mesh, so a colour name can appear on more than one material: recolour by name. The kit palette has no green, so the planting is a pink blossom tree over blue hydrangeas. shopBrands (the kit's 'Shop brands') colours round(shopBrands × panel count) of the side inlay panels in alternating pink and glass blue, starting at the front centre and moving outward, then the ends, then the back. At 0 every panel is neutral, and at 1 every panel is branded. The params are baked into the GLB at their defaults and only change the geometry when the scene is rebuilt in the viewer. glb-lint reports 0 errors and 6 warnings. Two warnings are about material count and duplicate materials, caused by the per-mesh materials. One is the non-indexed share from the merged boxes. One flags overlaps where hydrangea heads interlock and inlay panels are embedded in the body. One flags the cap, the trim bands, the trunk and the canopy as detached: they rest on or are embedded in parts registered in other groups. The last compares the height with the direction's 1 m reference. plan-check passes except for its part-id regex, which rejects the hyphens in the slug-based ids this library requires. three-check accepts those ids, and all 10 survive the GLB reload.
About the Planters 3D model
Planters is a free low-poly 3D model from the Shopping Mall set. It measures 1.9 m × 2.5 m × 1.2 m (W × H × D) at real-world scale and is built from 3,336 triangles across 14 meshes, with 10 named parts. Download the 93 KB GLB and drop it into three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot or Blender — free for commercial use, no attribution required.
- Is the Planters 3D model free for commercial use?
- Yes. It is free under the 1DesignTool 3D library license: use it in personal and commercial work — games, apps, websites, renders, ads and client projects — and modify it as you like, with no credit required. What you can't do is re-sell or re-distribute the file on its own or inside a model pack.
- What file format is it, and how big is it?
- A single binary glTF 2.0 file (.glb), 93 KB: 3,336 triangles, 2,460 vertices and 14 materials, modelled in metres at 1.9 m × 2.5 m × 1.2 m.
- Can I animate Planters?
- It ships as a static mesh. Its 10 named parts are separate nodes, so you can move or animate each one in your engine.
- Which engines and tools can open it?
- Anything that reads glTF 2.0. three.js, React Three Fiber, Babylon.js, Godot 4 and Blender import the GLB directly; Unity and Unreal Engine load it through their glTF importers. The snippets above show the exact code for three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot and Blender.
- How was the Planters 3D model made?
- Claude Code (Claude Opus 5.5) generated it inside 1DesignTool's 3D template from a written brief, then the design kit's checks verified the geometry and the GLB before it was published. You can make your own the same way with 1DesignTool.
