Training dummy
A low-poly firefighter rescue training dummy in an engine-red turnout suit with white reflective bands, black boots and gloves and a drag harness with a brass buckle. It hangs by its rear drag loop from the hook of a grey steel storage stand on a weighted black base plate.

Left rail: colours and the 4 knobs the agent wrote into this model — they rebuild the geometry and go into your download. Right rail: looks for the viewer. Drag to orbit, scroll to zoom.

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:
Training dummy for the Fire Station kit. Design it as one clear asset at believable real-world scale for that setting (state the size in metres in meta.notes), with its main parts modelled and named, readable at thumbnail size and from every orbit angle. This is one part of the Fire Station kit (Low-poly style, flat-lowpoly direction): Ready for the alarm. Use ONLY the kit palette, by name: engine red #c32222, brick #9e3d2e, brass #b28c34, white #f4f1ec, engine red dark #821717, brick dark #63261d, engine red light #db5757, brick light #c66253, soot black #1b1b22, warm white #f2ede2, mid grey #7d828c, dark wood #3d2a1c. Every material's `name` must be exactly the palette colour it uses — the GLB carries these names so the kit recolours as one; an unnamed material fails delivery. Kit knob: expose a param `engineLivery` (0–1, default 0.5) for the kit's "Engine livery" setting wherever it makes sense on this part, and keep that id.

Note: Size: the dummy is 1.75 m tall (top of head) and hangs from a stand 1.95 m tall. The weighted base is 0.72 × 0.58 m, and the arms span about 0.68 m. The dummy faces +Z with the stand pole behind it. The origin is at the bottom centre of the base, resting on y = 0. The exported model has 1,440 triangles in 17 meshes, merged per part and colour. Flat normals are baked in (non-indexed), and there is no animation clip. Every material is named exactly after its kit palette colour, and 6 of the 12 kit colours are used at the default livery. The exporter writes one material per mesh, so the same colour name can appear on more than one material: recolour by name. engineLivery (the kit's Engine livery knob) repaints the suit and its reflective bands in three bands: engine red dark with brass (0–0.33), engine red with white (0.33–0.67), and brick with warm white (0.67–1). height scales the dummy and stand from 1.5 to 1.9 m. armRaise lifts the slack arms forward by 0–60°. legSpread sets the feet 0–0.1 m wider. Params change geometry only when the scene is rebuilt in the viewer; the GLB is baked at the defaults. Both param extremes passed three-check. glb-lint reports 0 errors and 4 heuristic warnings: material count and duplicate materials (one material per mesh), unindexed geometry (flat shading on purpose) and sibling overlap (parts nest on purpose). It also gives its standing UNVERIFIED verdict for having no requirements contract. plan-check passes except for its part-id regex, which rejects the hyphens this library's slug-based ids need; the same plan with the slug de-hyphenated passes. The viewer's ground disc and light rig are not part of the GLB.
About the Training dummy 3D model
Training dummy is a free low-poly 3D model from the Fire Station set. It measures 72 cm × 2.0 m × 58 cm (W × H × D) at real-world scale and is built from 1,440 triangles across 17 meshes, with 8 named parts. Download the 116 KB GLB and drop it into three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot or Blender — free for commercial use, no attribution required.
- Is the Training dummy 3D model free for commercial use?
- Yes. It is free under the 1DesignTool 3D library license: use it in personal and commercial work — games, apps, websites, renders, ads and client projects — and modify it as you like, with no credit required. What you can't do is re-sell or re-distribute the file on its own or inside a model pack.
- What file format is it, and how big is it?
- A single binary glTF 2.0 file (.glb), 116 KB: 1,440 triangles, 4,320 vertices and 17 materials, modelled in metres at 72 cm × 2.0 m × 58 cm.
- Can I animate Training dummy?
- It ships as a static mesh. Its 8 named parts are separate nodes, so you can move or animate each one in your engine.
- Which engines and tools can open it?
- Anything that reads glTF 2.0. three.js, React Three Fiber, Babylon.js, Godot 4 and Blender import the GLB directly; Unity and Unreal Engine load it through their glTF importers. The snippets above show the exact code for three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot and Blender.
- How was the Training dummy 3D model made?
- Claude Code (Claude Opus 5.5) generated it inside 1DesignTool's 3D template from a written brief, then the design kit's checks verified the geometry and the GLB before it was published. You can make your own the same way with 1DesignTool.
