Conveyors
A low-poly 2.9 m slat-belt conveyor for the Factory Floor kit. Black slats with safety-yellow cleats run over two steel drums between machine-green side frames, carrying green product totes, with a yellow gearmotor and an e-stop control box. It comes with a seamless 8 s running-belt loop.

Left rail: colours and the 4 knobs the agent wrote into this model — they rebuild the geometry and go into your download. Right rail: looks for the viewer. Drag to orbit, scroll to zoom.

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:
Conveyors for the Factory Floor kit. Design it as one clear asset at believable real-world scale for that setting (state the size in metres in meta.notes), with its main parts modelled and named, readable at thumbnail size and from every orbit angle. It moves: author a seamless baked loop (2–12 s) with every pivot exactly at its hinge, axle or swivel, and keep the base still. This is one part of the Factory Floor kit (Low-poly style, flat-lowpoly direction): A production hall at full speed. Use ONLY the kit palette, by name: machine green #3a883a, safety yellow #ffdd33, concrete #a39e99, steel #7e8c9a, machine green dark #235223, safety yellow dark #e6bf00, machine green light #5db15d, safety yellow light #ffea80, soot black #1b1b22, warm white #f2ede2, mid grey #7d828c, dark wood #3d2a1c. Every material's `name` must be exactly the palette colour it uses — the GLB carries these names so the kit recolours as one; an unnamed material fails delivery. Kit knob: expose a param `productMade` (0–1, default 0.5) for the kit's "Product made" setting wherever it makes sense on this part, and keep that id.

Note: Size: 2.9 m long × 0.87 m deep × 0.94 m tall to the guide rails, or 1.05 m to the top of a tote. The belt is 0.6 m wide and its surface sits at 0.85 m working height. The origin is at the bottom centre of the bounds on y = 0. The gearmotor and control box face the front (+Z), and the belt's top run travels toward +X. The GLB has 1,824 triangles in 86 meshes. three-check's figure of 2,114 also counts the viewer's staging ground, which is not exported. Animation clip 'scene-motion' is 8 s and loops seamlessly. Each of the 40 slats (registered sub-parts belt.slat_00–39) travels exactly one lap of the belt path. The drums and the 3 return rollers turn whole numbers of turns, each pivoting on its own axle. The totes (products.tote_N) ride the top run between two cleats, scale in over the first 0.16 m at the tail and scale out over the last 0.16 m at the head. Off the top run they are parked at near-zero scale, so engines see them pop in and out at the belt ends by design. Frames, legs, drive and control box never move. productMade (the kit's 'Product made') sets the number of totes in the loop: 0 is an empty belt, the default 0.5 gives 4 (about 2 visible at a time) and 1 gives 8. length, beltWidth and beltHeight change the geometry when the scene is rebuilt in the viewer. Slat and loop counts are recomputed so the loop stays seamless. The GLB is baked at the default params. Normals are baked flat (non-indexed geometry). Static parts are merged into one mesh per colour. The exporter writes one material per mesh, so the same colour name appears on several materials: recolour by name. The build uses 9 of the 12 kit colours. Concrete (left for the floor), safety yellow light and dark wood are not used. glb-lint: 0 errors and 5 heuristic warnings: material count, duplicate-named materials, non-indexed primitives, cleats overlapping their slats by design, and moving slats, rollers and totes flagged as detached because they ride on parts in other groups. plan-check rejects only the hyphenated slug part ids this library requires, because its id pattern allows no hyphen. With the hyphens removed, the same plan passes, and three-check plus the GLB reload accept the slug ids. Fix round 1 lowered the direction's exposure from 1.05 to 0.64 so the palette greens and yellows stop washing out.
About the Conveyors 3D model
Conveyors is a free animated low-poly 3D model from the Factory Floor set. It measures 2.9 m × 1.1 m × 89 cm (W × H × D) at real-world scale and is built from 1,824 triangles across 86 meshes, with 11 named parts and a baked animation (8.0 s). Download the 547 KB GLB and drop it into three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot or Blender — free for commercial use, no attribution required.
- Is the Conveyors 3D model free for commercial use?
- Yes. It is free under the 1DesignTool 3D library license: use it in personal and commercial work — games, apps, websites, renders, ads and client projects — and modify it as you like, with no credit required. What you can't do is re-sell or re-distribute the file on its own or inside a model pack.
- What file format is it, and how big is it?
- A single binary glTF 2.0 file (.glb), 547 KB: 1,824 triangles, 5,472 vertices and 86 materials, modelled in metres at 2.9 m × 1.1 m × 89 cm.
- Is Conveyors animated?
- Yes — the GLB carries a baked animation (8.0 s), ready to play with any glTF animation mixer.
- Which engines and tools can open it?
- Anything that reads glTF 2.0. three.js, React Three Fiber, Babylon.js, Godot 4 and Blender import the GLB directly; Unity and Unreal Engine load it through their glTF importers. The snippets above show the exact code for three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot and Blender.
- How was the Conveyors 3D model made?
- Claude Code (Claude Opus 5.5) generated it inside 1DesignTool's 3D template from a written brief, then the design kit's checks verified the geometry and the GLB before it was published. You can make your own the same way with 1DesignTool.
