Funnel
A low-poly cruise ship funnel: a tall white stack that leans aft, with a blue pinstripe, a broad coral livery band and a soot-black top crowned by exhaust pipes, standing on a louvred grey deck housing with a service ladder.

Left rail: colours and the 3 knobs the agent wrote into this model — they rebuild the geometry and go into your download. Right rail: looks for the viewer. Drag to orbit, scroll to zoom.

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:
Funnel for the Cruise Ship Deck kit. Design it as one clear asset at believable real-world scale for that setting (state the size in metres in meta.notes), with its main parts modelled and named, readable at thumbnail size and from every orbit angle. This is one part of the Cruise Ship Deck kit (Low-poly style, flat-lowpoly direction): A floating holiday. Use ONLY the kit palette, by name: white #f4f1ec, teak #815731, pool blue #2e67b8, sunset coral #e2715a, white dark #d7cebc, teak dark #4a311c, white light #f9f8f6, teak light #b37c4d, soot black #1b1b22, warm white #f2ede2, mid grey #7d828c, dark wood #3d2a1c. Every material's `name` must be exactly the palette colour it uses — the GLB carries these names so the kit recolours as one; an unnamed material fails delivery. Kit knob: expose a param `shipLength` (0–1, default 0.5) for the kit's "Ship length" setting wherever it makes sense on this part, and keep that id.

Note: Size at defaults: 5.52 m wide (X) × 9.14 m fore-aft (Z, including the rake and the whistle) × 13.86 m tall to the pipe mouths; the deck housing is 0.9 m high and the stack rises 11 m above it. Origin at the bottom centre, bottom on y = 0; the bow side faces +Z and the stack rakes towards -Z (aft). The GLB has 1,574 triangles in 14 meshes and no animation clip — it is a static asset. It uses 6 of the 12 kit colours, and every material is named exactly after its palette colour. Params are baked into the GLB at their defaults and change the geometry only when the scene is rebuilt in the viewer. shipLength (the kit's 'Ship length') sets the stack height from 9 m (0) to 13 m (1) above the housing; all three params at their maximum together were checked (still PASS). The stack interior is not modelled; the top is a closed soot-black cap plate. glb-lint: 0 errors; its verdict prints UNVERIFIED because 5 rules need a requirements contract or a manual review, and its heuristic warnings (non-indexed flat-shaded meshes, intended nesting of pipes/cap/louvres, livery bands that meet edge to edge rather than touching the ground, and a height far from the 1 m default reference) were reviewed and do not apply. plan-check passes except for its part-id regex, which rejects the hyphens in the slug-based ids this library requires; a copy with the hyphens removed passes, and three-check accepts the ids.
About the Funnel 3D model
Funnel is a free low-poly 3D model from the Cruise Ship Deck set. It measures 5.5 m × 14 m × 9.1 m (W × H × D) at real-world scale and is built from 1,574 triangles across 14 meshes, with 7 named parts. Download the 123 KB GLB and drop it into three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot or Blender — free for commercial use, no attribution required.
- Is the Funnel 3D model free for commercial use?
- Yes. It is free under the 1DesignTool 3D library license: use it in personal and commercial work — games, apps, websites, renders, ads and client projects — and modify it as you like, with no credit required. What you can't do is re-sell or re-distribute the file on its own or inside a model pack.
- What file format is it, and how big is it?
- A single binary glTF 2.0 file (.glb), 123 KB: 1,574 triangles, 4,722 vertices and 14 materials, modelled in metres at 5.5 m × 14 m × 9.1 m.
- Can I animate Funnel?
- It ships as a static mesh. Its 7 named parts are separate nodes, so you can move or animate each one in your engine.
- Which engines and tools can open it?
- Anything that reads glTF 2.0. three.js, React Three Fiber, Babylon.js, Godot 4 and Blender import the GLB directly; Unity and Unreal Engine load it through their glTF importers. The snippets above show the exact code for three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot and Blender.
- How was the Funnel 3D model made?
- Claude Code (Claude Opus 5.5) generated it inside 1DesignTool's 3D template from a written brief, then the design kit's checks verified the geometry and the GLB before it was published. You can make your own the same way with 1DesignTool.
