Cloud islands
Three low-poly cloud islands floating in a staircase at sunrise: flat white plateaus you can build on, each ringed by a collar of peach-lit cloud lobes on a tapering cumulus root. The main deck carries a gold fountain basin, a stream and a waterfall spilling off the rim, with two banner poles flying one wind. Part of the Cloud Kingdom kit.

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:
Cloud islands for the Cloud Kingdom kit. Design it as one clear asset at believable real-world scale for that setting (state the size in metres in meta.notes), with its main parts modelled and named, readable at thumbnail size and from every orbit angle. This is one part of the Cloud Kingdom kit (Low-poly style, flat-lowpoly direction): Castles on clouds at sunrise. Use ONLY the kit palette, by name: cloud white #f4f1ec, peach #ecb893, sky blue #2e67b8, gold #d0a225, cloud white dark #d7cebc, peach dark #e08d52, cloud white light #f9f8f6, peach light #f6e3d5, soot black #1b1b22, warm white #f2ede2, mid grey #7d828c, dark wood #3d2a1c. Every material's `name` must be exactly the palette colour it uses — the GLB carries these names so the kit recolours as one; an unnamed material fails delivery. Kit knob: expose a param `timeOfDay` (0–1, default 0.5) for the kit's "Time of day" setting wherever it makes sense on this part, and keep that id.

Note: Real scale: a cluster of three floating cloud islands, 32.4 m wide x 22.0 m tall x 20.9 m deep. The main deck is a 15 m plateau, the lower one 10.5 m and the upper one 7.8 m across — sized so the kit's castles and towers stand on them. Origin is at the bottom centre and the model rests on y = 0 (the lower island's cloud root is the lowest point); the front faces +Z. 7634 triangles at the defaults, 8114 at the largest setting, 24 draw calls, no animation clip. Material names are the Cloud Kingdom palette names so the kit recolours them together; the exporter writes one material per mesh, so names repeat (glb-lint flags this as a heuristic warning). Every primitive is non-indexed with per-face normals so the flat facets survive in any engine, and the water and pennant materials are double-sided because they are modelled as thin surfaces. The 'Time of day' knob (timeOfDay) picks the palette colour of the sunlit collar lobes from a five-step dawn ramp: mid grey below 0.2, peach dark to 0.4, peach to 0.6 (the kit's sunrise, and the default), peach light to 0.8, cloud white light above. Like every param it is baked at export, so the delivered GLB carries the peach sunrise collar. The dawn-sky gradient behind the model in the preview is page chrome, and the viewer deliberately installs no ground, disc or plinth — a sky asset has no ground contact; neither is in the GLB. glb-lint: 0 errors. Its six warnings are heuristics: repeated material names, non-indexed (flat-shaded) primitives, nested part bounds (lobes sit inside the cloud bodies by design), two 'detached' parts (the pool surface sits inside the fountain basin and the drifting puffs are separate clouds on purpose), and scale (it compares a 22 m scene with the direction's 1 m reference height). Its verdict reads UNVERIFIED only because no requirements contract was supplied. The root node is 'cloudislands' because the kit's plan checker rejects hyphens in part ids; every sub-part uses the library's cloud-kingdom-cloud-islands.* ids.
