Barriers
Low-poly airport queue barriers: two parallel lines of retractable-belt stanchions forming a check-in queue lane, with weighted black bases, steel posts, cassette heads and navy belts carrying a yellow airline-livery stripe.

Left rail: colours and the 5 knobs the agent wrote into this model — they rebuild the geometry and go into your download. Right rail: looks for the viewer. Drag to orbit, scroll to zoom.

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:
Barriers for the Airport Terminal kit. Design it as one clear asset at believable real-world scale for that setting (state the size in metres in meta.notes), with its main parts modelled and named, readable at thumbnail size and from every orbit angle. This is one part of the Airport Terminal kit (Low-poly style, flat-lowpoly direction): Check-in to gate. Use ONLY the kit palette, by name: cool grey #7c7e83, navy #1c2a54, signal yellow #ffdb29, white #f4f1ec, cool grey dark #57585c, navy dark #090d1b, cool grey light #a6a6a6, navy light #344989, soot black #1b1b22, warm white #f2ede2, mid grey #7d828c, dark wood #3d2a1c. Every material's `name` must be exactly the palette colour it uses — the GLB carries these names so the kit recolours as one; an unnamed material fails delivery. Kit knob: expose a param `airlineLivery` (0–1, default 0.5) for the kit's "Airline livery" setting wherever it makes sense on this part, and keep that id.

Note: Size: 3.54 m long (X) by 1.46 m deep (Z) by 0.99 m tall. Each stanchion has a 0.36 m domed base and a 64 mm post. The 50 mm belts run taut at about 0.92 m between posts on a 1.59 m pitch. The two lines sit 1.1 m apart, centre to centre, forming a queue lane along X. The front faces +Z, the origin is at the bottom centre and the model rests on y = 0. The exported model has 1,872 triangles in 8 meshes. Every material is named exactly after a kit palette colour; 6 of the 12 are used. The model is static, with no animation clip. Params are baked into the GLB at their defaults and only change the model when the scene is rebuilt in the viewer. airlineLivery (the kit's 'Airline livery') sets the yellow stripe's share of each belt, from a thin pinstripe at 0 to nearly full width at 1. Both extremes were rendered and passed three-check: all-max params give 5,114 triangles and all-min give 890. glb-lint: 0 errors and 4 heuristic warnings. These cover per-part duplicate material names, non-indexed geometry (deliberate flat shading), the head cap nested in its housing and the belt's stacked stripe strips, and posts that sit on their bases but belong to a separate part group. Its verdict reads UNVERIFIED only because no host requirements contract was supplied. plan-check passes except for its part-id regex, which rejects the hyphens in the slug-based ids this library requires; three-check accepts them and all 5 survive the GLB reload.
About the Barriers 3D model
Barriers is a free low-poly 3D model from the Airport Terminal set. It measures 3.5 m × 99 cm × 1.5 m (W × H × D) at real-world scale and is built from 1,872 triangles across 8 meshes, with 5 named parts. Download the 139 KB GLB and drop it into three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot or Blender — free for commercial use, no attribution required.
- Is the Barriers 3D model free for commercial use?
- Yes. It is free under the 1DesignTool 3D library license: use it in personal and commercial work — games, apps, websites, renders, ads and client projects — and modify it as you like, with no credit required. What you can't do is re-sell or re-distribute the file on its own or inside a model pack.
- What file format is it, and how big is it?
- A single binary glTF 2.0 file (.glb), 139 KB: 1,872 triangles, 5,616 vertices and 8 materials, modelled in metres at 3.5 m × 99 cm × 1.5 m.
- Can I animate Barriers?
- It ships as a static mesh. Its 5 named parts are separate nodes, so you can move or animate each one in your engine.
- Which engines and tools can open it?
- Anything that reads glTF 2.0. three.js, React Three Fiber, Babylon.js, Godot 4 and Blender import the GLB directly; Unity and Unreal Engine load it through their glTF importers. The snippets above show the exact code for three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot and Blender.
- How was the Barriers 3D model made?
- Claude Code (Claude Opus 5.5) generated it inside 1DesignTool's 3D template from a written brief, then the design kit's checks verified the geometry and the GLB before it was published. You can make your own the same way with 1DesignTool.
