Geometry is intentionally non-indexed so facet normals survive the GLB round-trip — glTF has no flatShading flag. glb-lint warnings are benign: the 30k direction budget is overridden by this asset's 100–160k Hero Props target; 'sibling overlap' items are deliberate inset details (bark ridges, knothole); 'detached' items (window glass, chimney, window frame) are inset into neighbouring parts, not floating; the 7.59 m scale is the intended real-world size. The canopy param trades triangle count (roughly 70k–135k total) for foliage density.
