The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:
Nguyễn Huệ Walking Street and the City People's Committee Building (Hôtel de Ville, 1902–1908). The French colonial city hall: pale yellow walls with white mouldings, a central clock tower with a tall roof, mansard roofs, arched windows, balustrades and sculpted pediments. In front: a bronze statue of President Hồ Chí Minh standing with one hand raised in greeting on a granite pedestal, a flower garden, and the wide granite-paved pedestrian boulevard with rows of trees and fountain jets set in the paving. No text. Loop (8 s): the fountain jets dance. Make it a polished, elegant model in the stylised-PBR direction: clean proportions, smooth curvature, soft bevels on every edge, crisp silhouettes and a restrained palette of named materials (name each material for what it is, e.g. "limestone", "red lacquer", "glazed roof tile", "sea water"); every material in the exported GLB must carry that name — set `material.name` on each one, because an unnamed material fails review. It must be recognisable at a glance as the real place. No text, lettering, logos or signage anywhere. Reference photos of the real place are in `reference/` (ref1.jpg, ref2.jpg, ref3.jpg): open and study them before planning if you can view images, and compare your hero capture with them before delivering. Natural sites and large complexes are presented as a tabletop diorama on a clean rounded plinth with slate-grey sides; state the real-world scale and the diorama scale in meta.notes. Hard requirement: the exported GLB must contain AT LEAST 250,000 triangles (target 250,000–400,000) — measure it before delivering. Spend the budget on real modelled detail (roof tiles, carvings, railings, mouldings, rock strata, foliage clusters, water surface, boats), never on invisible subdivision. Keep the GLB under 25 MB: index all geometry, instance repeated parts, no image textures.

Note: Tabletop diorama on a rounded slate plinth: real scale about 124 m x 146 m (the boulevard is shortened; the real street runs about 670 m), shown at 1:250, so the model is about 0.50 m x 0.58 m x 0.22 m. Param units are real-world metres before the 1:250 scale. 387,520 triangles, 11.7 MB GLB, 28 named flat-colour materials (more than the 8-role guideline because this is a multi-material landmark), no textures, no text. The bronze statue of President Hồ Chí Minh (4.5 m at real scale, on a 3 m polished granite pedestal) is a sculpted figure meshed from a signed-distance model: right arm raised with the palm open, four-pocket tunic, goatee, sandals, facing down the boulevard (+Z). The flag of Viet Nam flies from the clock-tower mast: red #DA251D field in 2:3 proportion with one regular five-pointed #FFFF00 star at the centre, circumscribed diameter 2/5 of the length; the cloth is 16 hinged strips so its ripple survives in the GLB. The 8 s loop is one baked clip of rigid transform tracks (20 jet columns and crowns, 16 flag strips), not a cloth or fluid simulation. Part ids use the root 'nguyenhue' because the plan checker rejects hyphens in ids. glb-lint verdict is UNVERIFIED with 0 errors and 5 advisory warnings (triangle and draw-call budget above the direction defaults, material count, sibling-overlap and detached-part heuristics), expected for a dense showpiece; no requirements contract was supplied.
