Signal lights
A low-poly shipyard signal mast: a bolted deck plate and junction box carrying a silver mast, a double-sided stack of hooded signal lamps and a strobe beacon with antenna on top. Part of the Orbital Shipyard kit. The lamps light up bottom-up with the ship's completion stage.

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:
Signal lights for the Orbital Shipyard kit. Design it as one clear asset at believable real-world scale for that setting (state the size in metres in meta.notes), with its main parts modelled and named, readable at thumbnail size and from every orbit angle. This is one part of the Orbital Shipyard kit (Low-poly style, flat-lowpoly direction): Ships under construction in open space. Use ONLY the kit palette, by name: white #f4f1ec, orange #ed7e1d, deep space blue #1b447e, silver #b9bfc6, white dark #d7cebc, orange dark #af590e, white light #f9f8f6, orange light #eea668, soot black #1b1b22, warm white #f2ede2, mid grey #7d828c, dark wood #3d2a1c. Every material's `name` must be exactly the palette colour it uses — the GLB carries these names so the kit recolours as one; an unnamed material fails delivery. Kit knob: expose a param `shipCompletionStage` (0–1, default 0.5) for the kit's "Ship completion stage" setting wherever it makes sense on this part, and keep that id.

Note: Size at default params: 0.84 m wide (X) x 3.17 m tall (to the antenna tip) x 0.84 m deep (Z). The deck plate is 0.84 m across its flats, the signal head is 0.62 m wide with lamps on a 0.34 m pitch. Origin is at the bottom centre and the deck plate rests on y = 0. The signal head is double-sided: its lamps face +Z (front) and -Z. shipCompletionStage sets how many lamps are lit, round(stage x lampCount), counting up from the bottom: lit lenses use the orange material with a soft emissive glow, dark lenses are mid grey. At 0.5 with 3 lamps the bottom two are lit. The stage only swaps lens materials and never changes geometry. lampCount (2-5) changes the head height and mastHeight (0.6-2.2 m) the pole length. The total height follows both. Static model with no animation clip. Each part node carries two part ids: the library id (orbital-shipyard-signal-lights.*) on the outer group and the kit plan id (signallights.*) on the inner group, because the kit's plan checker does not allow hyphens in ids. Material names are the exact kit palette names (8 colours used; orange light, warm white and dark wood are not used). The lit lenses and the orange hazard parts share the name 'orange', but the lenses are a separate material with emissive set. The exporter writes one material copy per mesh, so names repeat in the GLB material list. Facets are non-indexed with baked flat normals, so the model looks faceted in any engine. 1124 triangles. glb-lint: 0 errors (the overall verdict reads UNVERIFIED only because no requirements contract was supplied), 6 non-blocking heuristic warnings: per-mesh material copies, intentionally non-indexed flat facets, nested parts (band on the junction box, collars on the mast), the visor mesh flagged as detached because it touches the housing in a different group, and height compared against a 1 m reference.
