Flower market

A Lunar New Year street flower stall: a dark-wood frame under a striped red gable canopy with a gold scalloped valance, stepped display tiers of peach-blossom vases and yellow chrysanthemum pots, buckets of cut flowers out front and two red lanterns at the corners. Low-poly, flat-shaded and game-ready.

How it was made

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:

Flower market for the Lunar New Year Street kit. Design it as one clear asset at believable real-world scale for that setting (state the size in metres in meta.notes), with its main parts modelled and named, readable at thumbnail size and from every orbit angle. This is one part of the Lunar New Year Street kit (Low-poly style, flat-lowpoly direction): A street dressed for the festival. Use ONLY the kit palette, by name: red #c32222, gold #d0a225, peach blossom pink #e085a3, black #151619, red dark #821717, gold dark #8f7019, red light #db5757, gold light #debd63, soot black #1b1b22, warm white #f2ede2, mid grey #7d828c, dark wood #3d2a1c. Every material's `name` must be exactly the palette colour it uses — the GLB carries these names so the kit recolours as one; an unnamed material fails delivery. Kit knob: expose a param `zodiacAnimal` (0–1, default 0.5) for the kit's "Zodiac animal" setting wherever it makes sense on this part, and keep that id.

Note: Real-world size at default params: 2.96 m wide across the canopy (2.4 m between posts), 1.95 m deep and 2.72 m tall. The posts stand 2.1 m to the eaves and the top display tier is 0.9 m high. Origin is at the bottom centre and the front faces +Z. The GLB has 7416 triangles at default. The widest four-tier setting with full blossom stays under 10000 because the blossom count per branch drops as more vases are added. Static model with no animation clip. Materials are named with the kit palette names (red, red dark, red light, gold, gold dark, gold light, peach blossom pink, warm white, mid grey, dark wood) so the kit can recolour by name. The viewer exports one material copy per mesh (29 in the GLB), and every copy keeps its exact palette name. zodiacAnimal changes the modelled head on the hanging plaque, from round side ears at 0 (rat-like) to long upright ears at 1 (rabbit-like). Params change the geometry only when the model is rebuilt in the viewer; the GLB is the default configuration. Each part group carries the slug id, and its meshes also carry a 'flowermarket.*' sub-id because the plan format forbids hyphens. Geometry is de-indexed with baked face normals so it stays faceted in any engine. glb-lint reports 0 errors and 6 heuristic warnings, all intended: material copies and count, non-indexed geometry (flat shading), overlapping sibling boxes (embedded joins, and flowers sitting in vases and buckets), the valance counted as detached (it is embedded in the canopy edge, which is in a different group), and the scale note for a 2.7 m stall.

About the Flower market 3D model

Flower market is a free low-poly 3D model from the Lunar New Year Street set. It measures 3.0 m × 2.7 m × 2.0 m (W × H × D) at real-world scale and is built from 7,416 triangles across 29 meshes, with 10 named parts. Download the 549 KB GLB and drop it into three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot or Blender — free for commercial use, no attribution required.

Is the Flower market 3D model free for commercial use?
Yes. It is free under the 1DesignTool 3D library license: use it in personal and commercial work — games, apps, websites, renders, ads and client projects — and modify it as you like, with no credit required. What you can't do is re-sell or re-distribute the file on its own or inside a model pack.
What file format is it, and how big is it?
A single binary glTF 2.0 file (.glb), 549 KB: 7,416 triangles, 22,248 vertices and 29 materials, modelled in metres at 3.0 m × 2.7 m × 2.0 m.
Can I animate Flower market?
It ships as a static mesh. Its 10 named parts are separate nodes, so you can move or animate each one in your engine.
Which engines and tools can open it?
Anything that reads glTF 2.0. three.js, React Three Fiber, Babylon.js, Godot 4 and Blender import the GLB directly; Unity and Unreal Engine load it through their glTF importers. The snippets above show the exact code for three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot and Blender.
How was the Flower market 3D model made?
Claude Code (Claude Opus 5.5) generated it inside 1DesignTool's 3D template from a written brief, then the design kit's checks verified the geometry and the GLB before it was published. You can make your own the same way with 1DesignTool.
