A concert grand piano (~2.7 m long) in gloss black with the lid propped open on its stick: full 88-key keyboard (black and white keys modelled individually), music desk with fretwork, cast-iron frame in gold with tuning pins, strings modelled as thin cylinders over the soundboard, dampers, three pedals in brass, turned legs with casters, and a padded bench.

Note: 108,878 triangles — over the direction's 80k default but inside the brief's 100k–180k showpiece target; the density is real modelled parts (88 keys, ~230 strings and pins, dampers, casters), and the plan declares a 180k override. Repeated parts are merged meshes, not instancing, so the GLB needs no extensions. Setting lidAngle 0 lays the lid closed; the prop stick group hides below 3°.
