Rolling pin bridge
A giant's wooden rolling pin slung in two painted trestles, carrying a plank walkway with tomato-red hand rails over the top. The fluted barrel turns on its fixed axle in an 8-second loop while the handles, trestles and deck stay perfectly still.

Left rail: colours and the 4 knobs the agent wrote into this model — they rebuild the geometry and go into your download. Right rail: looks for the viewer. Drag to orbit, scroll to zoom.

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:
Rolling pin bridge for the Giant's Kitchen kit. Design it as one clear asset at believable real-world scale for that setting (state the size in metres in meta.notes), with its main parts modelled and named, readable at thumbnail size and from every orbit angle. It is a modular piece that snaps on a 1 m grid: give it a length in whole metres and put the origin at its snapping end, stated in meta.notes. It moves: author a seamless baked loop (2–12 s) with every pivot exactly at its hinge, axle or swivel, and keep the base still. This is one part of the Giant's Kitchen kit (Low-poly style, flat-lowpoly direction): Tiny people on a huge table. Use ONLY the kit palette, by name: wood brown #6b4a2e, enamel white #f4f1ec, copper #b8602e, tomato red #c32222, wood brown dark #362517, enamel white dark #d7cebc, wood brown light #9b704b, enamel white light #f9f8f6, soot black #1b1b22, warm white #f2ede2, mid grey #7d828c, dark wood #3d2a1c. Every material's `name` must be exactly the palette colour it uses — the GLB carries these names so the kit recolours as one; an unnamed material fails delivery. Kit knob: expose a param `scaleRatio` (0–1, default 0.5) for the kit's "Scale ratio" setting wherever it makes sense on this part, and keep that id.

Note: Scale and origin: the default module is 6.0 m long, 1.91 m tall and 1.20 m deep, with a 0.86 m barrel — a rolling pin blown up about 9x, so a Giant's Kitchen person stands roughly 0.2 m tall beside it. Units are metres, +Y is up, the long side elevation faces +Z, and the piece rests exactly on y = 0. Because this is a modular grid piece, the origin is at the bottom centre of the SNAPPING END (x = 0, z centred) rather than the centre of the model: the deck and hand rails span exactly spanMetres whole metres from x = 0 to x = spanMetres, so modules butt into a continuous walkway on a 1 m grid. Materials: eight materials, each named for the Giant's Kitchen palette colour it uses ('wood brown', 'wood brown light', 'wood brown dark', 'enamel white', 'enamel white dark', 'copper', 'tomato red', 'mid grey'), with the role in material extras. Animation: one 8 s clip, 'scene-motion', which rotates only the 'roller' node about the axle centreline — exactly one turn with a hand-rolled surge laid over it, verified pixel-identical at t=0 and t=8. Everything else is nailed down. The GLB rests at the clip's t=0 pose. Flat shading is baked into the geometry as hard normals rather than left on material.flatShading, because that three.js flag does not survive glTF export; the facets are in the mesh and will look right in Blender, Godot and Unity. Params: scaleRatio is the kit's shared 'Scale ratio' knob and on this piece it sets the barrel's girth (0 = a slim French pin at 0.52 m across, 1 = a fat bakery pin at 1.04 m); the walkway height follows it so the deck always clears the barrel by 100 mm and the pin can turn. All four params are geometry params and rebuild the model. glb-lint reports 0 errors and one warning: five sibling pairs whose bounding boxes nest by more than 60% — the cross beam inside the trestle legs, the journal bearing on the cross beam, and the flutes on the barrel. All three are deliberate joins and were confirmed in the capture set; the tool's own verdict reads 'unverified' only because no requirements contract was passed to it.
