Đỉnh Fansipan, Lào Cai
The summit of Fansipan, the Roof of Indochina, as a tabletop diorama: a green granite peak with the polished steel summit pyramid and national flag, a curved-roof temple on its terrace, stone stairs, a sea of clouds and a cable car arriving at its upper station. A 10-second loop moves the gondola, drifts the clouds and waves the flag.

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:
The summit of Fansipan (3,143 m), the Roof of Indochina, as a diorama. The rocky alpine peak with weathered granite outcrops, dwarf bamboo and rhododendron shrubs; granite stone steps climbing to the summit marker — a polished stainless-steel triangular pyramid on a stone base (no text) beside a flagpole with the national flag (red with yellow star); a small temple with curved roofs on a terrace just below; a sea of clouds wrapping the lower slopes; a cable-car line with one modern gondola arriving at a stylised upper station. Loop (10 s): the gondola moves along its cable, the clouds drift slowly and the flag waves. Make it a polished, elegant model in the stylised-PBR direction: clean proportions, smooth curvature, soft bevels on every edge, crisp silhouettes and a restrained palette of named materials (name each material for what it is, e.g. "limestone", "red lacquer", "glazed roof tile", "sea water"); every material in the exported GLB must carry that name — set `material.name` on each one, because an unnamed material fails review. It must be recognisable at a glance as the real place. No text, lettering, logos or signage anywhere. Reference photos of the real place are in `reference/` (ref1.jpg, ref2.jpg, ref3.jpg): open and study them before planning if you can view images, and compare your hero capture with them before delivering. Natural sites and large complexes are presented as a tabletop diorama on a clean rounded plinth with slate-grey sides; state the real-world scale and the diorama scale in meta.notes. Hard requirement: the exported GLB must contain AT LEAST 150,000 triangles (target 200,000–350,000) — measure it before delivering. Spend the budget on real modelled detail (roof tiles, carvings, railings, mouldings, rock strata, foliage clusters, water surface, boats), never on invisible subdivision. Keep the GLB under 25 MB: index all geometry, instance repeated parts, no image textures.

Note: Scale: the real summit (3,143 m) and roughly 1.2 km of ridge, cloud sea and cable line are compressed onto a 1.24 x 0.96 m slate plinth, about 1:1000 horizontally with the relief exaggerated. Built features are enlarged so they read: temple about 1:140, gondola about 1:90, summit pyramid about 1:35. The model is 0.756 m tall, in metres, with +Y up, the front facing +Z, and it rests on y = 0. 345,912 triangles (all indexed), 77 meshes, 21 named materials, no textures, 8.7 MB. Repeated parts (stair blocks, wall ashlar, posts, flagstones, roof-tile rows, bamboo, shrubs, boulders) are stamped from shared templates and merged per part and material instead of GPU-instanced, so the file loads the same in engines without EXT_mesh_gpu_instancing; the triangle count above is the true stored count. The 10 s 'scene-motion' clip is baked transforms only: the gondola runs a closed loop (up one line, round the bullwheel inside the station, down the other line, round a return sheave hidden inside the cloud bank); the cloud banks drift on closed ellipses; and the flag is 12 rigid hinged strips (no cloth) waving five times per loop. No lettering anywhere — the real marker's engraved name and altitude are deliberately left off. Each part group carries a 'dinh-fansipan.*' partId in its glTF extras; its primary mesh also carries a hyphen-free mirror id 'dinhfansipan.*', which the design kit's part-id grammar requires. Params change the geometry on rebuild in the viewer; the GLB is exported at the default values. glb-lint warnings (no errors): the triangle, draw-call and material counts exceed the product direction's defaults because this is a dense showpiece; the scale heuristic expects a 0.15 m product; and sibling-overlap/detached-part notes come from per-part, per-material mesh splits that sit inside their part groups.
