Cánh đồng điện gió Bạc Liêu

Tabletop diorama of the Bạc Liêu nearshore wind farm: two staggered rows of white three-bladed turbines on pile platforms in shallow brown-green water, joined by a long concrete trestle walkway, with a maintenance boat and mangrove shores. Every rotor turns in an 8-second loop at its own phase.

How it was made

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:

The Bạc Liêu nearshore wind farm, the first of its kind in the region, as a diorama. Rows of white three-bladed wind turbines on slender towers standing on pile foundations in shallow, brown-green coastal water, connected by a long concrete trestle walkway on piles; a small maintenance boat; mangroves along the shore. Loop (8 s): every rotor turns, each at a slightly different phase. Make it a polished, elegant model in the stylised-PBR direction: clean proportions, smooth curvature, soft bevels on every edge, crisp silhouettes and a restrained palette of named materials (name each material for what it is, e.g. "limestone", "red lacquer", "glazed roof tile", "sea water"); every material in the exported GLB must carry that name — set `material.name` on each one, because an unnamed material fails review. It must be recognisable at a glance as the real place. No text, lettering, logos or signage anywhere. Reference photos of the real place are in `reference/` (ref1.jpg, ref2.jpg, ref3.jpg): open and study them before planning if you can view images, and compare your hero capture with them before delivering. Natural sites and large complexes are presented as a tabletop diorama on a clean rounded plinth with slate-grey sides; state the real-world scale and the diorama scale in meta.notes. Hard requirement: the exported GLB must contain AT LEAST 100,000 triangles (target 120,000–200,000) — measure it before delivering. Spend the budget on real modelled detail (roof tiles, carvings, railings, mouldings, rock strata, foliage clusters, water surface, boats), never on invisible subdivision. Keep the GLB under 20 MB: index all geometry, instance repeated parts, no image textures.

  • Bạc Liêu wind farm
  • Slate plinth
  • Sea water
  • Mud-flat shore
  • Mangroves
  • Concrete trestle on piles
  • Pile platforms
  • Towers
  • Nacelles
  • Maintenance boat
  • Rotor 1 (rotors 01-11, one per turbine)

Note: Real-world scale: hub height ~80 m, rotor diameter ~82 m, trestle on the order of a kilometre. Diorama scale: about 1:400 for the turbines (hub 0.20 m, blade 0.10 m); the trestle and shoreline are compressed (~2.3 m trestle, plinth 2.76 x 1.7 m). Default is 11 turbines (6 + 5). Sea colour is baked as vertex colours (brown near shore, green offshore) on the white 'sea water' material. 185,760 triangles, ~4.4 MB. glb-lint has no errors, only warnings: 15 named materials vs the direction default of 8, triangles above the direction's 80k default, and a scale heuristic for small products. Part ids use the root 'baclieu' because the plan checker rejects hyphens in ids. The 8 s clip 'rotor-spin' rotates the rotor nodes only. No text, logos or textures.
