Swing set
A low-poly park swing set: a painted green steel A-frame with a round top beam, holding a wooden plank swing and a rubber strap swing on chains. It plays a seamless 6-second loop in which the two swings rock out of phase.

Left rail: colours and the 4 knobs the agent wrote into this model — they rebuild the geometry and go into your download. Right rail: looks for the viewer. Drag to orbit, scroll to zoom.

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:
Swing set for the City Park kit. Design it as one clear asset at believable real-world scale for that setting (state the size in metres in meta.notes), with its main parts modelled and named, readable at thumbnail size and from every orbit angle. It moves: author a seamless baked loop (2–12 s) with every pivot exactly at its hinge, axle or swivel, and keep the base still. This is one part of the City Park kit (Low-poly style, flat-lowpoly direction): Green space in the middle of town. Use ONLY the kit palette, by name: grass green #3a883a, path beige #d6c5a9, pond blue #2e67b8, iron black #151619, grass green dark #235223, path beige dark #bda375, grass green light #5db15d, path beige light #ede8de, soot black #1b1b22, warm white #f2ede2, mid grey #7d828c, dark wood #3d2a1c. Every material's `name` must be exactly the palette colour it uses — the GLB carries these names so the kit recolours as one; an unnamed material fails delivery. Kit knob: expose a param `season` (0–1, default 0.5) for the kit's "Season" setting wherever it makes sense on this part, and keep that id.

Note: Size: 2.32 m tall to the top of the beam, 2.84 m wide and 1.9 m deep across the anchor plates (about 3.05 m × 2.1 m including the grass tufts), with a 2.76 m top beam. The origin is the bottom centre and the four anchor plates rest on y = 0. The front faces +Z, and the swings rock along Z. The GLB holds the rest pose and one baked 6 s clip, 'scene-motion', sampled at 30 fps. In the clip each swing makes two whole pendulum swings (a 3 s period, about right for its 1.7 m chains). Swing 2 is phase-offset and has 18% less amplitude. Each swing group pivots exactly on its hinge-pin axis (y = beam height − 0.13 m, z = 0), and the frame, beam, hinges and tufts never move. The chains are rigid: they swing as one piece with the seat and do not bend. The model has 2,356 triangles in 14 meshes and no textures. Every material is named exactly after a kit palette colour. It uses 8 of the 12 kit colours, and only one tuft colour is present at a time. The exporter writes one material per mesh, so a colour name can repeat across materials: recolour by name. Params are baked into the GLB at their defaults and change the geometry only when the scene is rebuilt in the viewer. swingCount 3 alternates plank, strap, plank. season (the kit's 'Season') only affects the grass tufts around the four feet: light green and short at 0 (spring), full green and tallest at 0.5 (summer), dry beige and short at 1 (autumn). glb-lint: 0 errors and 5 advisory warnings. Two come from the per-mesh materials (material count and duplicates). One is the non-indexed flat-shaded geometry. One flags deliberate overlaps (legs buried in the corner blocks and plates, braces in the legs). One is a scale heuristic that expects about 1 m. plan-check passes except for its part-id regex, which rejects the hyphens in the slug-based ids this library requires; the same plan with the slug de-hyphenated passes. three-check accepts those ids and all 7 survive the GLB reload.
About the Swing set 3D model
Swing set is a free animated low-poly 3D model from the City Park set. It measures 3.0 m × 2.3 m × 2.1 m (W × H × D) at real-world scale and is built from 2,356 triangles across 14 meshes, with 7 named parts and a baked animation (6.0 s). Download the 193 KB GLB and drop it into three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot or Blender — free for commercial use, no attribution required.
- Is the Swing set 3D model free for commercial use?
- Yes. It is free under the 1DesignTool 3D library license: use it in personal and commercial work — games, apps, websites, renders, ads and client projects — and modify it as you like, with no credit required. What you can't do is re-sell or re-distribute the file on its own or inside a model pack.
- What file format is it, and how big is it?
- A single binary glTF 2.0 file (.glb), 193 KB: 2,356 triangles, 7,068 vertices and 14 materials, modelled in metres at 3.0 m × 2.3 m × 2.1 m.
- Is Swing set animated?
- Yes — the GLB carries a baked animation (6.0 s), ready to play with any glTF animation mixer.
- Which engines and tools can open it?
- Anything that reads glTF 2.0. three.js, React Three Fiber, Babylon.js, Godot 4 and Blender import the GLB directly; Unity and Unreal Engine load it through their glTF importers. The snippets above show the exact code for three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot and Blender.
- How was the Swing set 3D model made?
- Claude Code (Claude Opus 5.5) generated it inside 1DesignTool's 3D template from a written brief, then the design kit's checks verified the geometry and the GLB before it was published. You can make your own the same way with 1DesignTool.
