Drums
A low-poly circus band drum set: a big 26-inch bass drum in big-top stripes with gold hoops and a gold star on both heads. It rests on a wooden cradle with a brass cymbal mounted on top, beside a matching striped snare drum on a tripod stand with two sticks resting across it.

Left rail: colours and the 5 knobs the agent wrote into this model — they rebuild the geometry and go into your download. Right rail: looks for the viewer. Drag to orbit, scroll to zoom.

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:
Drums for the Circus kit. Design it as one clear asset at believable real-world scale for that setting (state the size in metres in meta.notes), with its main parts modelled and named, readable at thumbnail size and from every orbit angle. This is one part of the Circus kit (Low-poly style, flat-lowpoly direction): The big top comes to town. Use ONLY the kit palette, by name: red and white stripes #f4f1ec, gold #d0a225, midnight blue #123464, red and white stripes dark #d7cebc, gold dark #8f7019, red and white stripes light #f9f8f6, gold light #debd63, soot black #1b1b22, warm white #f2ede2, mid grey #7d828c, dark wood #3d2a1c. Every material's `name` must be exactly the palette colour it uses — the GLB carries these names so the kit recolours as one; an unnamed material fails delivery. Kit knob: expose a param `stripeColours` (0–1, default 0.5) for the kit's "Stripe colours" setting wherever it makes sense on this part, and keep that id.

Note: Size at default params: 1.18 m wide × 0.91 m tall × 0.53 m deep. The bass drum is 0.66 m (26 in) across with a 0.40 m shell and stands on its side in a wooden cradle. The cymbal is 0.36 m across, and its top sits 0.91 m above the floor. The 14 in snare's top head is 0.62 m high. The origin is at the bottom centre of the footprint, the model rests on y = 0, and the bass drum's star head faces +Z. The GLB has 2,968 triangles in 21 meshes and no animation clip; this is a static prop. stripeColours (the kit's 'Stripe colours') picks the colour that alternates with 'red and white stripes' on both shells: gold below 0.33, midnight blue from 0.33 to 0.67 (the default), and 'red and white stripes dark' above 0.67, which gives a subtle tone-on-tone stripe. Every material is named exactly after a kit palette colour. 9 of the 11 colours are used at default params ('red and white stripes dark' only at high stripeColours; 'red and white stripes light' is unused). The exporter writes one material per mesh, so names repeat: recolour by name. The GLB is baked at the default params; the params only change geometry when the scene is rebuilt in the viewer. Both extremes passed three-check (0.80 m bass / 16 stripes / 0.75 m snare / 0.45 m cymbal / stripes 1, and 0.50 m bass / 6 stripes / 0.50 m snare / 0.25 m cymbal / stripes 0). glb-lint: 0 errors and 4 expected heuristic warnings (material count and duplicate names from one material per mesh, non-indexed geometry for flat facets, and nested head/hoop layers overlapping by design). Its verdict reads UNVERIFIED only because no requirements contract was supplied. plan-check rejects only the hyphen in the slug-based part ids this library requires, because its id regex allows no hyphen. The same plan with the slug de-hyphenated passes. Fix rounds: (1) the hero and back views were widened so the snare stand and cradle are no longer cropped; (2) the sticks now drop with their taper to sit on the snare rim and are nested in the snare drum; (3) the re-centring offset was baked into the vertices so the exported GLB is centred on its origin.
About the Drums 3D model
Drums is a free low-poly 3D model from the Circus set. It measures 1.2 m × 91 cm × 53 cm (W × H × D) at real-world scale and is built from 2,968 triangles across 21 meshes, with 8 named parts. Download the 227 KB GLB and drop it into three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot or Blender — free for commercial use, no attribution required.
- Is the Drums 3D model free for commercial use?
- Yes. It is free under the 1DesignTool 3D library license: use it in personal and commercial work — games, apps, websites, renders, ads and client projects — and modify it as you like, with no credit required. What you can't do is re-sell or re-distribute the file on its own or inside a model pack.
- What file format is it, and how big is it?
- A single binary glTF 2.0 file (.glb), 227 KB: 2,968 triangles, 8,904 vertices and 21 materials, modelled in metres at 1.2 m × 91 cm × 53 cm.
- Can I animate Drums?
- It ships as a static mesh. Its 8 named parts are separate nodes, so you can move or animate each one in your engine.
- Which engines and tools can open it?
- Anything that reads glTF 2.0. three.js, React Three Fiber, Babylon.js, Godot 4 and Blender import the GLB directly; Unity and Unreal Engine load it through their glTF importers. The snippets above show the exact code for three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot and Blender.
- How was the Drums 3D model made?
- Claude Code (Claude Opus 5.5) generated it inside 1DesignTool's 3D template from a written brief, then the design kit's checks verified the geometry and the GLB before it was published. You can make your own the same way with 1DesignTool.
