Sprinkle piles
A low-poly cluster of three faceted heaps covered in giant candy sprinkles, topped with a lemon star, with sprinkles and star sprinkles spilled on the ground around them. A ready-to-drop prop for the Candy Land kit.

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:
Sprinkle piles for the Candy Land kit. Design it as one clear asset at believable real-world scale for that setting (state the size in metres in meta.notes), with its main parts modelled and named, readable at thumbnail size and from every orbit angle. This is one part of the Candy Land kit (Low-poly style, flat-lowpoly direction): A world you could eat. Use ONLY the kit palette, by name: bubblegum pink #e085a3, mint #90d5b3, chocolate #51341f, lemon #f0e142, bubblegum pink dark #d14775, mint dark #59c08c, bubblegum pink light #eec4d2, mint light #c9e8d9, soot black #1b1b22, warm white #f2ede2, mid grey #7d828c, dark wood #3d2a1c. Every material's `name` must be exactly the palette colour it uses — the GLB carries these names so the kit recolours as one; an unnamed material fails delivery. Kit knob: expose a param `flavourPalette` (0–1, default 0.5) for the kit's "Flavour palette" setting wherever it makes sense on this part, and keep that id.

Note: Size: Candy Land oversized scale. The main heap is 0.50 m tall and the star topper reaches 0.65 m. The whole cluster, spill included, covers 2.16 m (x) by 1.56 m (z), and each sprinkle is a 12-17 cm hexagonal rod, so it reads in a world of giant sweets. Units are metres, +Y is up and the front faces +Z. The origin is at the bottom centre, and the vertex minimum is exactly y = 0 (heap floors and spilled pieces rest on the ground). Every sprinkle on a heap is raycast onto the real facets with both ends on the surface, so none float. Static prop: no animation clip. The default build is 3126 triangles. The largest params (heapHeight 0.7, sideHeapScale 0.8, sprinkleDensity 1) give 5826, and rod counts are capped to stay under 6000. No textures; every mesh has baked flat face normals. Material names are the Candy Land palette colour names verbatim, and the role (base/accent/trim) is on material userData. The runtime's exporter writes one material copy per mesh primitive, so the GLB has 17 material records drawn from 7 palette names; merging them by name is safe. flavourPalette is a build-time knob: 0 = cocoa (chocolate heaps with warm white, dark wood and pastel sprinkles), 0.5 = rainbow (bubblegum pink heaps, default), 1 = berry-mint (mint heaps with pink-led sprinkles). It blends the sprinkle mix continuously, the heap core switches at 0.3 and 0.7, and sprinkle positions never change with flavour. sprinkleDensity is a fraction of how many rods fit on the heaps without crossing. Part ids use the 'sprinklepiles.' prefix because the kit's part-id grammar does not allow hyphens. The preview uses a declared exposure override (0.55 instead of the direction's 1.05) so the pastel palette is not washed out by the sun rig; this affects only the viewer, not the GLB. glb-lint reports 0 errors. Its verdict word is UNVERIFIED only because there is no requirements contract at this stage. Its 4 warnings are expected: per-mesh material copies, non-indexed primitives (intended flat shading), and heaps/sprinkles bounding boxes overlapping (the sprinkles lie on the heaps). The viewer's ground disc and lights are staging only and are outside the exported model. Known viewer limit: the 390 px portrait hero view crops the cluster's sides.
About the Sprinkle piles 3D model
Sprinkle piles is a free low-poly 3D model from the Candy Land set. It measures 2.2 m × 65 cm × 1.6 m (W × H × D) at real-world scale and is built from 3,126 triangles across 17 meshes, with 7 named parts. Download the 247 KB GLB and drop it into three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot or Blender — free for commercial use, no attribution required.
- Is the Sprinkle piles 3D model free for commercial use?
- Yes. It is free under the 1DesignTool 3D library license: use it in personal and commercial work — games, apps, websites, renders, ads and client projects — and modify it as you like, with no credit required. What you can't do is re-sell or re-distribute the file on its own or inside a model pack.
- What file format is it, and how big is it?
- A single binary glTF 2.0 file (.glb), 247 KB: 3,126 triangles, 52,698 vertices and 17 materials, modelled in metres at 2.2 m × 65 cm × 1.6 m.
- Can I animate Sprinkle piles?
- It ships as a static mesh. Its 7 named parts are separate nodes, so you can move or animate each one in your engine.
- Which engines and tools can open it?
- Anything that reads glTF 2.0. three.js, React Three Fiber, Babylon.js, Godot 4 and Blender import the GLB directly; Unity and Unreal Engine load it through their glTF importers. The snippets above show the exact code for three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot and Blender.
- How was the Sprinkle piles 3D model made?
- Claude Code (Claude Opus 5.5) generated it inside 1DesignTool's 3D template from a written brief, then the design kit's checks verified the geometry and the GLB before it was published. You can make your own the same way with 1DesignTool.
