Chocolate waterfall

A low-poly layer-cake cliff with a ganache cap that pours a chocolate cascade into a mint-rimmed candy pool, trimmed with lollipops, gumdrops and rock candy. Comes with a seamless 6-second flow loop: streaks, bubbles, splashes and ripples.

How it was made

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:

Chocolate waterfall for the Candy Land kit. Design it as one clear asset at believable real-world scale for that setting (state the size in metres in meta.notes), with its main parts modelled and named, readable at thumbnail size and from every orbit angle. It moves: author a seamless baked loop (2–12 s) with every pivot exactly at its hinge, axle or swivel, and keep the base still. This is one part of the Candy Land kit (Low-poly style, flat-lowpoly direction): A world you could eat. Use ONLY the kit palette, by name: bubblegum pink #e085a3, mint #90d5b3, chocolate #51341f, lemon #f0e142, bubblegum pink dark #d14775, mint dark #59c08c, bubblegum pink light #eec4d2, mint light #c9e8d9, soot black #1b1b22, warm white #f2ede2, mid grey #7d828c, dark wood #3d2a1c. Every material's `name` must be exactly the palette colour it uses — the GLB carries these names so the kit recolours as one; an unnamed material fails delivery. Kit knob: expose a param `flavourPalette` (0–1, default 0.5) for the kit's "Flavour palette" setting wherever it makes sense on this part, and keep that id.

Note: Size about 2.97 m wide × 2.82 m tall (to the lollipop tops; the cliff with its ganache cap is 2.09 m) × 3.52 m deep, origin at the bottom centre, front facing +Z. 2734 triangles, 9 materials, each named exactly after its Candy Land palette colour. The GLB holds one 6 s looping clip, 'scene-motion'. Only the flow streaks, bubbles, ripple rings and splash blobs move, each about its own centre; they appear and disappear by scaling to ~0 or sinking below the pool surface. The cliff, basin and decorations never move. Flavour palette (0–1, default 0.5) changes the sponge strata from all strawberry pink (0) to all mint (1) and swaps the basin rim and the first lollipop between mint dark and bubblegum pink dark. At the default the mint light material is not used. Params are baked into this export at their defaults; other values need a re-export. Part ids use a hyphen-free root, 'chocolatewaterfall.*', because the design kit's part-id rule forbids hyphens; the library slug stays 'candy-land-chocolate-waterfall'. glb-lint reports 0 errors. Its overall verdict is 'unverified' because no requirements contract was supplied. It gives two advisory warnings: deliberate nesting such as the lollipop swirls and the embedded drips and rocks, and a height 2.8× the direction's 1 m reference, which is the intended set-piece scale. The project runtime's GLB export was patched to reuse one material copy per source material, so shared palette materials are no longer duplicated per mesh.

About the Chocolate waterfall 3D model

Chocolate waterfall is a free animated low-poly 3D model from the Candy Land set. It measures 3.0 m × 2.8 m × 3.5 m (W × H × D) at real-world scale and is built from 2,734 triangles across 45 meshes, with 29 named parts and a baked animation (6.0 s). Download the 396 KB GLB and drop it into three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot or Blender — free for commercial use, no attribution required.

Is the Chocolate waterfall 3D model free for commercial use?
Yes. It is free under the 1DesignTool 3D library license: use it in personal and commercial work — games, apps, websites, renders, ads and client projects — and modify it as you like, with no credit required. What you can't do is re-sell or re-distribute the file on its own or inside a model pack.
What file format is it, and how big is it?
A single binary glTF 2.0 file (.glb), 396 KB: 2,734 triangles, 8,202 vertices and 9 materials, modelled in metres at 3.0 m × 2.8 m × 3.5 m.
Is Chocolate waterfall animated?
Yes — the GLB carries a baked animation (6.0 s), ready to play with any glTF animation mixer.
Which engines and tools can open it?
Anything that reads glTF 2.0. three.js, React Three Fiber, Babylon.js, Godot 4 and Blender import the GLB directly; Unity and Unreal Engine load it through their glTF importers. The snippets above show the exact code for three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot and Blender.
How was the Chocolate waterfall 3D model made?
Claude Code (Claude Opus 5.5) generated it inside 1DesignTool's 3D template from a written brief, then the design kit's checks verified the geometry and the GLB before it was published. You can make your own the same way with 1DesignTool.
