Claw machine
A low-poly arcade claw machine. It has a purple cabinet with cyan neon bands, a glass prize case holding a pile of faceted plush prizes and a three-prong claw on an overhead gantry, and an arched marquee ringed with bulbs on top.

Left rail: colours and the 4 knobs the agent wrote into this model — they rebuild the geometry and go into your download. Right rail: looks for the viewer. Drag to orbit, scroll to zoom.

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:
Claw machine for the Arcade kit. Design it as one clear asset at believable real-world scale for that setting (state the size in metres in meta.notes), with its main parts modelled and named, readable at thumbnail size and from every orbit angle. This is one part of the Arcade kit (Low-poly style, flat-lowpoly direction): Screens glowing in a dark room. Use ONLY the kit palette, by name: black #151619, neon purple #9123c7, cyan #20c6df, hot pink #f589ad, black dark #090a0b, neon purple dark #611886, black light #3a3c40, neon purple light #b15bdc, soot black #1b1b22, warm white #f2ede2, mid grey #7d828c, dark wood #3d2a1c. Every material's `name` must be exactly the palette colour it uses — the GLB carries these names so the kit recolours as one; an unnamed material fails delivery. Kit knob: expose a param `era` (0–1, default 0.5) for the kit's "Era" setting wherever it makes sense on this part, and keep that id.

Note: Size: 1.93 m tall to the top of the marquee arch (the header cap is at 1.84 m). The cabinet is 0.80 m wide; the header cap makes it 0.84 m overall. It is 1.00 m deep including the control ledge, which sticks 0.15 m out of the 0.82 m deep cabinet. The front faces +Z. The origin is at the bottom centre of the cabinet footprint, so the ledge makes the bounds sit about 7 cm forward of the origin. It rests on y = 0. The GLB has 1852 triangles in 76 meshes and carries no animation; the model is static. Every material is named exactly after a kit palette colour, with its role in the material extras. The runtime's exporter writes one material per mesh, so each colour name repeats: recolour by name. The glass panes are cyan at 10% opacity (alpha BLEND). Cyan glow parts and the marquee face are emissive (KHR_materials_emissive_strength). Era (the kit's 'Era' knob): below 0.4 the cabinet body, side panels and header are dark wood and the marquee face is a lit warm white. From 0.4 up they are neon purple or neon purple dark, and the marquee is hot pink. Glow strength rises with era, and the marquee arch flattens as era rises (14 cm rise at era 0, 4 cm at era 1). At the default era of 0.5, dark wood is not used. Prizes are seeded (seed 7), so the same params always give the same pile. They are merged into one mesh per colour. Extra prizes beyond the floor grid stack in a second layer kept clear of the claw. Claw drop is clamped so the open claw always stays above the pile. Params are baked into the GLB at their defaults; they change the model only when the scene is rebuilt in the viewer. Two extreme sets passed three-check and were looked at: width 0.70 / drop 0.28 / 40 prizes / era 0, and width 1.00 / drop 0.04 / 8 prizes / era 1. glb-lint: 0 errors, 4 heuristic warnings. Two come from the per-mesh materials (material count and duplicates). One flags the deliberate nesting of the prize-door flap in its frame and of the prize meshes. One flags parts as 'detached' because the neon bands, side panels and deck wrap the body from separate groups. The lint verdict reads UNVERIFIED only because no host requirements contract was supplied. plan-check rejects the hyphen in the slug-based part ids this library requires; with the slug written as arcadeclawmachine.* it passes. three-check accepts the real ids, and all 20 survive the GLB reload. The viewer's dark floor disc and light rig are outside the export scope.
About the Claw machine 3D model
Claw machine is a free low-poly 3D model from the Arcade set. It measures 84 cm × 1.9 m × 100 cm (W × H × D) at real-world scale and is built from 1,852 triangles across 76 meshes, with 20 named parts. Download the 227 KB GLB and drop it into three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot or Blender — free for commercial use, no attribution required.
- Is the Claw machine 3D model free for commercial use?
- Yes. It is free under the 1DesignTool 3D library license: use it in personal and commercial work — games, apps, websites, renders, ads and client projects — and modify it as you like, with no credit required. What you can't do is re-sell or re-distribute the file on its own or inside a model pack.
- What file format is it, and how big is it?
- A single binary glTF 2.0 file (.glb), 227 KB: 1,852 triangles, 4,546 vertices and 76 materials, modelled in metres at 84 cm × 1.9 m × 100 cm.
- Can I animate Claw machine?
- It ships as a static mesh. Its 20 named parts are separate nodes, so you can move or animate each one in your engine.
- Which engines and tools can open it?
- Anything that reads glTF 2.0. three.js, React Three Fiber, Babylon.js, Godot 4 and Blender import the GLB directly; Unity and Unreal Engine load it through their glTF importers. The snippets above show the exact code for three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot and Blender.
- How was the Claw machine 3D model made?
- Claude Code (Claude Opus 5.5) generated it inside 1DesignTool's 3D template from a written brief, then the design kit's checks verified the geometry and the GLB before it was published. You can make your own the same way with 1DesignTool.
