Clubhouse
A low-poly grass-strip flying-club clubhouse: a long white lap-sided building under a green gabled roof with orange bargeboards, a dark-wood front verandah with white posts and railings, a wooden propeller on the gable end and a ridge cupola with a weathervane. A stone chimney, a flagpole with an orange pennant and a picnic table under a striped parasol complete it.

Left rail: colours and the 3 knobs the agent wrote into this model — they rebuild the geometry and go into your download. Right rail: looks for the viewer. Drag to orbit, scroll to zoom.

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:
Clubhouse for the Airfield kit. Design it as one clear asset at believable real-world scale for that setting (state the size in metres in meta.notes), with its main parts modelled and named, readable at thumbnail size and from every orbit angle. This is one part of the Airfield kit (Low-poly style, flat-lowpoly direction): Small planes on a grass strip. Use ONLY the kit palette, by name: grass green #3a883a, hangar white #f4f1ec, signal orange #ff851a, sky blue #2e67b8, grass green dark #235223, hangar white dark #d7cebc, grass green light #5db15d, hangar white light #f9f8f6, soot black #1b1b22, warm white #f2ede2, mid grey #7d828c, dark wood #3d2a1c. Every material's `name` must be exactly the palette colour it uses — the GLB carries these names so the kit recolours as one; an unnamed material fails delivery. Kit knob: expose a param `era` (0–1, default 0.5) for the kit's "Era" setting wherever it makes sense on this part, and keep that id.

Note: Size: the building is 10 m long × 6 m deep, with 3.1 m walls on a 0.4 m plinth. The 28° gabled roof tops out at 5.26 m, and a 2.4 m verandah runs along the front. The cupola weathervane is the highest point at 7.31 m, which is the full bounding-box height. With the flagpole at the −X front corner and the picnic table and parasol beside the +X gable, the footprint is 16.25 × 9.59 m. The origin is at the bottom centre of the whole footprint, the model rests on y = 0, and the front (verandah, doors, steps) faces +Z. era (the kit's 'Era') runs from a 1940s club at 0 to a modern club at 1. At 0 it has a steep 34° roof, small panes with a transom bar and a tall chimney. At 1 it has a 22° roof, large single panes, a stub flue and up to four solar panels on the rear slope. The default 0.5 shows two panels. length and verandahDepth reshape the building, and the verandah post count follows the length. The params are baked into the GLB at their defaults and only change the geometry when the scene is rebuilt in the viewer. three-check passes at both the all-min and all-max extremes. The GLB has 4,410 triangles in 49 meshes and is static, with no animation clip. Every material is named exactly after a kit palette colour, and all 12 kit colours are used. The exporter writes one material per mesh, so names repeat: recolour by name. The viewer's staging ground and light rig are not in the GLB. glb-lint reports 0 errors and 6 heuristic warnings, all expected: the material count and duplicates come from the per-part, per-colour meshes; the geometry is non-indexed on purpose for flat facets; the overlaps are siding and trim laid on the walls; 'detached' flags parts that sit flush on another; the height warning only compares against a 1 m reference. The verdict reads UNVERIFIED only because no requirements contract was supplied. plan-check rejects only the hyphenated library part ids, because its regex allows no hyphen. The same plan with the slug de-hyphenated passes.
About the Clubhouse 3D model
Clubhouse is a free low-poly 3D model from the Airfield set. It measures 16 m × 7.3 m × 9.6 m (W × H × D) at real-world scale and is built from 4,410 triangles across 49 meshes, with 16 named parts. Download the 351 KB GLB and drop it into three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot or Blender — free for commercial use, no attribution required.
- Is the Clubhouse 3D model free for commercial use?
- Yes. It is free under the 1DesignTool 3D library license: use it in personal and commercial work — games, apps, websites, renders, ads and client projects — and modify it as you like, with no credit required. What you can't do is re-sell or re-distribute the file on its own or inside a model pack.
- What file format is it, and how big is it?
- A single binary glTF 2.0 file (.glb), 351 KB: 4,410 triangles, 13,230 vertices and 49 materials, modelled in metres at 16 m × 7.3 m × 9.6 m.
- Can I animate Clubhouse?
- It ships as a static mesh. Its 16 named parts are separate nodes, so you can move or animate each one in your engine.
- Which engines and tools can open it?
- Anything that reads glTF 2.0. three.js, React Three Fiber, Babylon.js, Godot 4 and Blender import the GLB directly; Unity and Unreal Engine load it through their glTF importers. The snippets above show the exact code for three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot and Blender.
- How was the Clubhouse 3D model made?
- Claude Code (Claude Opus 5.5) generated it inside 1DesignTool's 3D template from a written brief, then the design kit's checks verified the geometry and the GLB before it was published. You can make your own the same way with 1DesignTool.
