Compact kitchen
A low-poly tiny-house galley kitchen: an under-counter fridge, sink cabinet, drawer stack and compact oven with a two-zone hob, all under a cedar butcher-block worktop. Above it are cedar shiplap cladding, open shelves of jars and bowls with a trailing plant, and a slim black cooker hood. Everything is mounted on one back board.

Left rail: colours and the 3 knobs the agent wrote into this model — they rebuild the geometry and go into your download. Right rail: looks for the viewer. Drag to orbit, scroll to zoom.

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:
Compact kitchen for the Tiny House kit. Design it as one clear asset at believable real-world scale for that setting (state the size in metres in meta.notes), with its main parts modelled and named, readable at thumbnail size and from every orbit angle. This is one part of the Tiny House kit (Low-poly style, flat-lowpoly direction): A complete home in a small box. Use ONLY the kit palette, by name: cedar #814c31, white #f4f1ec, matte black #151619, plant green #3a883a, cedar dark #4a2b1c, white dark #d7cebc, cedar light #b36e4d, white light #f9f8f6, soot black #1b1b22, warm white #f2ede2, mid grey #7d828c, dark wood #3d2a1c. Every material's `name` must be exactly the palette colour it uses — the GLB carries these names so the kit recolours as one; an unnamed material fails delivery. Kit knob: expose a param `cladding` (0–1, default 0.5) for the kit's "Cladding" setting wherever it makes sense on this part, and keep that id.

Note: Size: 1.82 m wide × 0.64 m deep × 2.13 m tall to the capping rail. The worktop is at 0.90 m, the hood underside at 1.50 m, and the shelves are at 1.34 and 1.62 m (a third shelf at 1.90 m is optional). It is sized for one wall of a 2.4 m-wide tiny house. The origin is at the bottom centre on y = 0 and the front faces +Z. The flat back board is meant to stand against the shell wall; its rear is a framed white-dark batten panel, so the back still looks finished. The GLB has 2,508 triangles in 40 meshes (merged per part and palette colour; counted from the GLB accessors). three-check's 2,798 also includes the viewer's staging ground, which is not exported. Static: there is no animation clip. Every material is named exactly after its Tiny House palette colour, and all 12 colours are used. three.js's exporter writes one material per mesh, so names repeat. Params are baked at export, so the GLB is the default build. cladding (the kit's Cladding setting) sets the cedar shiplap board pitch above the worktop: 22 cm boards at 0, 7 cm strips at 1. length scales the four units proportionally from 1.4 to 2.4 m. shelves sets 0–3 open shelves; at 0 the plant moves onto the worktop. Both param extremes (0 / 1.4 m / 0 and 1 / 2.4 m / 3) passed three-check. plan-check's part-id pattern rejects the hyphenated slug ids the library requires, so the plan was validated with the hyphens removed (PASS) and is otherwise unchanged. glb-lint reports 0 errors. Its warnings are expected for this pipeline: material count and duplicate material names, non-indexed flat-shaded geometry, intentional nesting (fronts set into carcasses, shiplap on the board), and a scale check that assumes a 1 m reference object.
About the Compact kitchen 3D model
Compact kitchen is a free low-poly 3D model from the Tiny House set. It measures 1.8 m × 2.1 m × 68 cm (W × H × D) at real-world scale and is built from 2,508 triangles across 40 meshes, with 14 named parts. Download the 210 KB GLB and drop it into three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot or Blender — free for commercial use, no attribution required.
- Is the Compact kitchen 3D model free for commercial use?
- Yes. It is free under the 1DesignTool 3D library license: use it in personal and commercial work — games, apps, websites, renders, ads and client projects — and modify it as you like, with no credit required. What you can't do is re-sell or re-distribute the file on its own or inside a model pack.
- What file format is it, and how big is it?
- A single binary glTF 2.0 file (.glb), 210 KB: 2,508 triangles, 7,524 vertices and 40 materials, modelled in metres at 1.8 m × 2.1 m × 68 cm.
- Can I animate Compact kitchen?
- It ships as a static mesh. Its 14 named parts are separate nodes, so you can move or animate each one in your engine.
- Which engines and tools can open it?
- Anything that reads glTF 2.0. three.js, React Three Fiber, Babylon.js, Godot 4 and Blender import the GLB directly; Unity and Unreal Engine load it through their glTF importers. The snippets above show the exact code for three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot and Blender.
- How was the Compact kitchen 3D model made?
- Claude Code (Claude Opus 5.5) generated it inside 1DesignTool's 3D template from a written brief, then the design kit's checks verified the geometry and the GLB before it was published. You can make your own the same way with 1DesignTool.
