Pallet jack
A low-poly manual pallet jack in supermarket green: two long forks with tapered tips and load rollers, a pump on two steer wheels, and a tall handle with a red loop grip. It loops for 6 seconds: the handle pumps twice, then the steering swivels left and right.

Left rail: colours and the 5 knobs the agent wrote into this model — they rebuild the geometry and go into your download. Right rail: looks for the viewer. Drag to orbit, scroll to zoom.

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:
Pallet jack for the Supermarket kit. Design it as one clear asset at believable real-world scale for that setting (state the size in metres in meta.notes), with its main parts modelled and named, readable at thumbnail size and from every orbit angle. It moves: author a seamless baked loop (2–12 s) with every pivot exactly at its hinge, axle or swivel, and keep the base still. This is one part of the Supermarket kit (Low-poly style, flat-lowpoly direction): A full grocery store interior. Use ONLY the kit palette, by name: white #f4f1ec, fresh green #3a883a, red #c32222, light wood #ac7d53, white dark #d7cebc, fresh green dark #235223, white light #f9f8f6, fresh green light #5db15d, soot black #1b1b22, warm white #f2ede2, mid grey #7d828c, dark wood #3d2a1c. Every material's `name` must be exactly the palette colour it uses — the GLB carries these names so the kit recolours as one; an unnamed material fails delivery. Kit knob: expose a param `brandColours` (0–1, default 0.5) for the kit's "Brand colours" setting wherever it makes sense on this part, and keep that id.

Note: Size: 1.63 m long, 0.54 m wide over the forks and 1.05 m tall to the top of the handle at rest. The forks are 1.15 m long and 85 mm high. The origin is at the bottom centre. The steer wheels and load rollers rest on y = 0, and the forks sit 30 mm above the floor. The fork tips face +Z and the handle is at the back (−Z). The exported model has 1,044 triangles in 16 meshes. Every material is named exactly after its kit palette colour. The exporter writes one material per mesh, so a colour name can appear on several materials: recolour by name. The baked clip scene-motion (6 s, seamless) moves only parts on their own pivots. From 0 to 3 s the handle pumps back twice on its pin in the pump head. From 3 to 6 s the steer assembly (pump, steer wheels and handle) swivels left and then right on its vertical king pin, through the pump axis. The forks, frame and deck never move, and the wheels don't roll. Params are baked into the GLB at their defaults; they only change the model when the scene is rebuilt in the viewer. brandColours (the kit's 'Brand colours') works in three steps. Below 0.33 the jack is a plain grey workshop jack with a black deck and loop and white dark pump; the release lever stays red. From 0.33 to 0.66 (the default) the frame is fresh green and the loop grip red. Above 0.66 the fork tips and pump cylinder also turn red. pumpStroke and steerSwing only change the animation. At 0 they hold the handle or the steering still. Both extremes passed three-check and glb-lint with no errors: all params at max, then all at min with brandColours 0. glb-lint gave 0 errors and 4 heuristic warnings. Two are about material count and duplicate materials; both come from the per-mesh materials. One flags non-indexed geometry, which is deliberate flat shading. One flags overlaps where the rollers and axles, pin and yoke are deliberately nested. Its verdict reads UNVERIFIED only because no host requirements contract was supplied. plan-check passes except for its part-id regex, which rejects the hyphens that this library requires in slug-based ids. three-check accepts those ids, and all 9 survive the GLB reload.
About the Pallet jack 3D model
Pallet jack is a free animated low-poly 3D model from the Supermarket set. It measures 54 cm × 1.0 m × 1.9 m (W × H × D) at real-world scale and is built from 1,044 triangles across 16 meshes, with 9 named parts and a baked animation (6.0 s). Download the 126 KB GLB and drop it into three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot or Blender — free for commercial use, no attribution required.
- Is the Pallet jack 3D model free for commercial use?
- Yes. It is free under the 1DesignTool 3D library license: use it in personal and commercial work — games, apps, websites, renders, ads and client projects — and modify it as you like, with no credit required. What you can't do is re-sell or re-distribute the file on its own or inside a model pack.
- What file format is it, and how big is it?
- A single binary glTF 2.0 file (.glb), 126 KB: 1,044 triangles, 2,974 vertices and 16 materials, modelled in metres at 54 cm × 1.0 m × 1.9 m.
- Is Pallet jack animated?
- Yes — the GLB carries a baked animation (6.0 s), ready to play with any glTF animation mixer.
- Which engines and tools can open it?
- Anything that reads glTF 2.0. three.js, React Three Fiber, Babylon.js, Godot 4 and Blender import the GLB directly; Unity and Unreal Engine load it through their glTF importers. The snippets above show the exact code for three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot and Blender.
- How was the Pallet jack 3D model made?
- Claude Code (Claude Opus 5.5) generated it inside 1DesignTool's 3D template from a written brief, then the design kit's checks verified the geometry and the GLB before it was published. You can make your own the same way with 1DesignTool.
