Screens
A low-poly robot-factory line monitor: a white main display on a steel column, with two side screens hinged in toward the operator. The screens show a throughput bar chart, a robot pictogram, a line-speed bar, status tiles and a dial, all built as flat coloured blocks. A control shelf with buttons and an orange status lamp complete it.

Left rail: colours and the 4 knobs the agent wrote into this model — they rebuild the geometry and go into your download. Right rail: looks for the viewer. Drag to orbit, scroll to zoom.

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:
Screens for the Robot Factory kit. Design it as one clear asset at believable real-world scale for that setting (state the size in metres in meta.notes), with its main parts modelled and named, readable at thumbnail size and from every orbit angle. This is one part of the Robot Factory kit (Low-poly style, flat-lowpoly direction): A clean line that builds robots. Use ONLY the kit palette, by name: white #f4f1ec, light grey #a3a5a8, electric blue #136dec, orange #ed7e1d, white dark #d7cebc, light grey dark #7c7f83, white light #f9f8f6, light grey light #cccccc, soot black #1b1b22, warm white #f2ede2, mid grey #7d828c, dark wood #3d2a1c. Every material's `name` must be exactly the palette colour it uses — the GLB carries these names so the kit recolours as one; an unnamed material fails delivery. Kit knob: expose a param `lineSpeed` (0–1, default 0.5) for the kit's "Line speed" setting wherever it makes sense on this part, and keep that id.

Note: Size: about 2.48 m wide (side screens at 25°) × 2.03 m tall (top of the status lamp) × 0.68 m deep; main screen 1.3 × 0.78 m centred 1.5 m above the floor. Origin at the bottom centre, feet on y = 0, screens facing +Z. 1460 triangles, 37 meshes (merged per part and colour), no animation clip. Materials are named exactly after kit palette colours (10 of 12 used; white dark and dark wood are not used). The exporter writes one material per mesh, so the same colour name appears on several materials: recolour by name. Screens are opaque flat colour; every UI element is a thin modelled block in layers 6 mm apart, not a texture. Params are baked into the GLB at their defaults and change geometry only when the scene is rebuilt. lineSpeed (kit 'Line speed') sets the line-speed bar fill, the throughput chart heights, how many status tiles are lit and the dial needle angle; nothing animates. glb-lint: 0 errors, 4 heuristic warnings: material count and duplicate materials from per-mesh materials, nested overlaps where UI blocks and hinges are deliberately embedded, and height vs the direction's 1 m reference. Its verdict reads UNVERIFIED only because no requirements contract was supplied. plan-check passes except for its part-id regex, which rejects the hyphens in the slug-based ids this library requires; three-check accepts those ids and all 8 survive the GLB reload.
About the Screens 3D model
Screens is a free low-poly 3D model from the Robot Factory set. It measures 2.5 m × 2.0 m × 68 cm (W × H × D) at real-world scale and is built from 1,460 triangles across 37 meshes, with 8 named parts. Download the 102 KB GLB and drop it into three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot or Blender — free for commercial use, no attribution required.
- Is the Screens 3D model free for commercial use?
- Yes. It is free under the 1DesignTool 3D library license: use it in personal and commercial work — games, apps, websites, renders, ads and client projects — and modify it as you like, with no credit required. What you can't do is re-sell or re-distribute the file on its own or inside a model pack.
- What file format is it, and how big is it?
- A single binary glTF 2.0 file (.glb), 102 KB: 1,460 triangles, 2,418 vertices and 37 materials, modelled in metres at 2.5 m × 2.0 m × 68 cm.
- Can I animate Screens?
- It ships as a static mesh. Its 8 named parts are separate nodes, so you can move or animate each one in your engine.
- Which engines and tools can open it?
- Anything that reads glTF 2.0. three.js, React Three Fiber, Babylon.js, Godot 4 and Blender import the GLB directly; Unity and Unreal Engine load it through their glTF importers. The snippets above show the exact code for three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot and Blender.
- How was the Screens 3D model made?
- Claude Code (Claude Opus 5.5) generated it inside 1DesignTool's 3D template from a written brief, then the design kit's checks verified the geometry and the GLB before it was published. You can make your own the same way with 1DesignTool.
