Coffee machine

A low-poly police station break-room filter coffee brewer: a navy twin-station machine with brew funnels over two glass carafes of coffee on warmer plates, a side hot-water tap and mugs warming upside down on top.

How it was made

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:

Coffee machine for the Police Station kit. Design it as one clear asset at believable real-world scale for that setting (state the size in metres in meta.notes), with its main parts modelled and named, readable at thumbnail size and from every orbit angle. This is one part of the Police Station kit (Low-poly style, flat-lowpoly direction): Front desk to holding cells. Use ONLY the kit palette, by name: navy #1c2a54, grey #757e8a, pale blue #7e9fce, steel #7e8c9a, navy dark #090d1b, grey dark #525860, navy light #344989, grey light #a3a5a8, soot black #1b1b22, warm white #f2ede2, mid grey #7d828c, dark wood #3d2a1c. Every material's `name` must be exactly the palette colour it uses — the GLB carries these names so the kit recolours as one; an unnamed material fails delivery. Kit knob: expose a param `countryStyling` (0–1, default 0.5) for the kit's "Country styling" setting wherever it makes sense on this part, and keep that id.

Note: Size: 0.49 m wide (0.44 m body plus the side hot-water tap) × 0.40 m deep × 0.56 m tall to the machine top, 0.65 m with the mugs on top — a two-station countertop commercial filter brewer. Origin is the bottom centre, the front (switches, funnels, carafes) faces +Z, and it rests on four rubber feet at y = 0. The GLB has 1,768 triangles in per-part, per-colour meshes, is static and carries no animation clip. Every material is named exactly after a Police Station palette colour; 10 of the 12 are used at the default (grey and mid grey unused; grey appears on the side panels when countryStyling < 0.33). Coffee is the dark wood colour, glass is pale blue and opaque — the carafes are split at the fill line rather than transparent. Params are baked into the GLB at their defaults. countryStyling (the kit's 'Country styling') sets the body: 0–0.33 brushed steel (city station), 0.33–0.67 navy (default), 0.67–1 warm white enamel with dark wood trim, handles and side panels (rural station). carafeCount sets the number of brew stations (1–3; the body widens at 0.2 m per station), coffeeLevel the fill line, mugCount the mugs on top (the Mugs part is an empty node at 0). Defaults, the all-max and the all-min combinations were rendered and passed three-check. plan-check's part-id regex rejects the hyphenated slug ids the library requires, so the plan was validated on a de-hyphenated copy (PASS); three-check accepts the hyphenated ids. glb-lint reports 0 errors; its heuristic warnings are expected for this pipeline (per-mesh material instances sharing palette names, non-indexed flat-shaded geometry, nested panels on the body, and the water lid, warmer plates and tap flagged as detached because they sit on the body rather than the ground). No text, logos or brand names.

About the Coffee machine 3D model

Coffee machine is a free low-poly 3D model from the Police Station set. It measures 49 cm × 65 cm × 47 cm (W × H × D) at real-world scale and is built from 1,768 triangles across 26 meshes, with 8 named parts. Download the 147 KB GLB and drop it into three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot or Blender — free for commercial use, no attribution required.

Is the Coffee machine 3D model free for commercial use?
Yes. It is free under the 1DesignTool 3D library license: use it in personal and commercial work — games, apps, websites, renders, ads and client projects — and modify it as you like, with no credit required. What you can't do is re-sell or re-distribute the file on its own or inside a model pack.
What file format is it, and how big is it?
A single binary glTF 2.0 file (.glb), 147 KB: 1,768 triangles, 5,304 vertices and 26 materials, modelled in metres at 49 cm × 65 cm × 47 cm.
Can I animate Coffee machine?
It ships as a static mesh. Its 8 named parts are separate nodes, so you can move or animate each one in your engine.
Which engines and tools can open it?
Anything that reads glTF 2.0. three.js, React Three Fiber, Babylon.js, Godot 4 and Blender import the GLB directly; Unity and Unreal Engine load it through their glTF importers. The snippets above show the exact code for three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot and Blender.
How was the Coffee machine 3D model made?
Claude Code (Claude Opus 5.5) generated it inside 1DesignTool's 3D template from a written brief, then the design kit's checks verified the geometry and the GLB before it was published. You can make your own the same way with 1DesignTool.
