Tent field
A 4 × 4 m festival campsite ground tile with three low-poly dome tents, a trampled mud patch, a camp chair, a cool box and a pennant flag totem. Flat edges tile seamlessly with the rest of the Music Festival kit.

Left rail: colours and the 4 knobs the agent wrote into this model — they rebuild the geometry and go into your download. Right rail: looks for the viewer. Drag to orbit, scroll to zoom.

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:
Tent field for the Music Festival kit. Design it as one clear asset at believable real-world scale for that setting (state the size in metres in meta.notes), with its main parts modelled and named, readable at thumbnail size and from every orbit angle. Make it a ground piece on an exact 4 × 4 m footprint with flat edges at y = 0 that tile seamlessly with its neighbours in every direction; origin at the tile centre. This is one part of the Music Festival kit (Low-poly style, flat-lowpoly direction): Stages, tents and mud. Use ONLY the kit palette, by name: tie-dye #988e81, stage black #151619, grass green #3a883a, sunset orange #ed7e1d, tie-dye dark #70685c, stage black dark #090a0b, tie-dye light #b6b3af, stage black light #3a3c40, soot black #1b1b22, warm white #f2ede2, mid grey #7d828c, dark wood #3d2a1c. Every material's `name` must be exactly the palette colour it uses — the GLB carries these names so the kit recolours as one; an unnamed material fails delivery. Kit knob: expose a param `genre` (0–1, default 0.5) for the kit's "Genre" setting wherever it makes sense on this part, and keep that id.

Note: Real-world scale: the slab is exactly 4.00 × 4.00 m and 0.06 m thick (bottom on y = 0, grass top flat at y = 0.06, origin at the tile centre). Tents measure 2.1 × 1.8 × 1.25 m, 1.3 × 1.9 × 1.0 m and 1.6 × 1.25 × 0.9 m (L × W × H). The flag totem is 1.9–3.2 m tall, so the model is 2.59 m high at the default genre. Nothing but the slab comes within 0.09 m of an edge, so tiles meet on a clean flat seam in every direction. Genre (0–1): at 0.5 and below the tents are folk canvas (warm white and tie-dye); above 0.5 they switch to rock colours (stage black with an orange skirt, mid grey), and the totem gets taller and carries 2 to 5 pennants. tentCount removes tents C and then B; mud resizes the central patch and adds up to 3 puddles; seed reshuffles the grass and mud outlines. Params rebuild the model in the viewer; the GLB is the default build. 2332 triangles, 9 materials, each named exactly after its kit palette colour (stage black is added when genre > 0.5). Geometry is non-indexed on purpose so the facets stay flat in every engine. Static: no animation clip. Part ids use the kit-legal form musicfestival.tentfield.* because the kit's part-id rule does not allow hyphens. glb-lint: 0 errors, 3 heuristic warnings (non-indexed flat shading, intended nesting overlaps, height vs a 1 m reference); requirement checks are unverified because no requirements contract was supplied.
About the Tent field 3D model
Tent field is a free low-poly 3D model from the Music Festival set. It measures 4.1 m × 2.6 m × 4.0 m (W × H × D) at real-world scale and is built from 2,332 triangles across 36 meshes, with 31 named parts. Download the 245 KB GLB and drop it into three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot or Blender — free for commercial use, no attribution required.
- Is the Tent field 3D model free for commercial use?
- Yes. It is free under the 1DesignTool 3D library license: use it in personal and commercial work — games, apps, websites, renders, ads and client projects — and modify it as you like, with no credit required. What you can't do is re-sell or re-distribute the file on its own or inside a model pack.
- What file format is it, and how big is it?
- A single binary glTF 2.0 file (.glb), 245 KB: 2,332 triangles, 7,104 vertices and 9 materials, modelled in metres at 4.1 m × 2.6 m × 4.0 m.
- Can I animate Tent field?
- It ships as a static mesh. Its 31 named parts are separate nodes, so you can move or animate each one in your engine.
- Which engines and tools can open it?
- Anything that reads glTF 2.0. three.js, React Three Fiber, Babylon.js, Godot 4 and Blender import the GLB directly; Unity and Unreal Engine load it through their glTF importers. The snippets above show the exact code for three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot and Blender.
- How was the Tent field 3D model made?
- Claude Code (Claude Opus 5.5) generated it inside 1DesignTool's 3D template from a written brief, then the design kit's checks verified the geometry and the GLB before it was published. You can make your own the same way with 1DesignTool.
