Golf cart
A low-poly festival golf cart in sunset orange, with a warm-white canopy on four struts, a two-seat bench, a speaker cab on the rear deck and a green roof pennant. It plays a seamless 6-second loop: the wheels roll, the front wheels steer, the pennant sways and the speaker cones pump.

Left rail: colours and the 4 knobs the agent wrote into this model — they rebuild the geometry and go into your download. Right rail: looks for the viewer. Drag to orbit, scroll to zoom.

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:
Golf cart for the Music Festival kit. Design it as one clear asset at believable real-world scale for that setting (state the size in metres in meta.notes), with its main parts modelled and named, readable at thumbnail size and from every orbit angle. It moves: author a seamless baked loop (2–12 s) with every pivot exactly at its hinge, axle or swivel, and keep the base still. This is one part of the Music Festival kit (Low-poly style, flat-lowpoly direction): Stages, tents and mud. Use ONLY the kit palette, by name: tie-dye #988e81, stage black #151619, grass green #3a883a, sunset orange #ed7e1d, tie-dye dark #70685c, stage black dark #090a0b, tie-dye light #b6b3af, stage black light #3a3c40, soot black #1b1b22, warm white #f2ede2, mid grey #7d828c, dark wood #3d2a1c. Every material's `name` must be exactly the palette colour it uses — the GLB carries these names so the kit recolours as one; an unnamed material fails delivery. Kit knob: expose a param `genre` (0–1, default 0.5) for the kit's "Genre" setting wherever it makes sense on this part, and keep that id.

Note: Size: 2.56 m long bumper to bumper, 1.20 m wide across the canopy and tyres, 1.85 m to the top of the canopy roof and 2.27 m to the tip of the pennant pole. The tyres are 0.46 m across on a 1.66 m wheelbase and 0.98 m track. The origin is at the bottom centre, the front faces +Z, the driver sits on the +X side, and the tyres rest on y = 0. The GLB has 996 triangles in 38 meshes. Every material is named exactly after a kit palette colour (sunset orange, stage black, soot black, mid grey, warm white, tie-dye, stage black light, stage black dark, grass green); dark wood is only used when genre < 0.5. The exporter writes one material per mesh, so the same colour name appears on several materials: recolour by name. The baked clip scene-motion (6 s, seamless) moves only parts on their own pivots, and the chassis never moves. All four wheels roll 2 whole turns about their axles. Each front wheel sits in a kingpin node that swivels about a vertical axis through the wheel centre. The steering wheel turns 4.5x the road-wheel angle about its column axis. The pennant sways about its pole. The speaker cones pump 12 times per loop (120 BPM). The tyres have 12 facets, so while they roll the contact point rises and falls by up to about 8 mm. The GLB's static node pose is the t = 2 s frame of the loop (wheels slightly steered), because that is when the check exported it; the clip's t = 0 frame is the straight-ahead rest pose. Params are baked into the GLB at their defaults and only change the model when the scene is rebuilt in the viewer. genre (the kit's 'Genre') sets the speaker cab on the rear deck: below 0.5 it is a low dark-wood cab with one cone (acoustic), and from 0.5 up it is a stage-black cab with two cones that grows to 0.6 m tall at 1 (bass-heavy). Below 0.5 the part speaker.cone_1 does not exist. roofHeight raises the canopy, the struts and the pennant. steerAngle sets the steering amplitude of the loop; its 0.3 rad maximum keeps the swivelled tyres clear of the body. wheelTurns sets whole wheel turns per loop, so the loop stays seamless. Only the default params were rendered and checked; the extremes were not captured. The viewer's exposure is 0.9 rather than the direction's 1.05 so the orange does not wash out (recorded as a plan override); this affects the preview only, not the GLB. glb-lint: 0 errors and 5 heuristic warnings. Two come from the per-mesh materials (material count and duplicates). One flags overlaps where the steering-wheel rim, spoke and boss are deliberately nested. One flags parts as 'detached' because each part's meshes sit in their own group, though they all rest on the chassis or body. One flags the 2.35 m lint height against a generic 1 m reference: that number is an axis-aligned box estimate around rotated wheels, and the real height is 2.27 m. The verdict reads UNVERIFIED only because no host requirements contract was supplied. plan-check passes except for its part-id regex, which rejects the hyphens in the slug-based ids this library requires. With the ids substituted it passes. three-check accepts the real ids, and all of them survive the GLB reload.
About the Golf cart 3D model
Golf cart is a free animated low-poly 3D model from the Music Festival set. It measures 1.3 m × 2.4 m × 2.6 m (W × H × D) at real-world scale and is built from 996 triangles across 38 meshes, with 23 named parts and a baked animation (6.0 s). Download the 164 KB GLB and drop it into three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot or Blender — free for commercial use, no attribution required.
- Is the Golf cart 3D model free for commercial use?
- Yes. It is free under the 1DesignTool 3D library license: use it in personal and commercial work — games, apps, websites, renders, ads and client projects — and modify it as you like, with no credit required. What you can't do is re-sell or re-distribute the file on its own or inside a model pack.
- What file format is it, and how big is it?
- A single binary glTF 2.0 file (.glb), 164 KB: 996 triangles, 1,713 vertices and 38 materials, modelled in metres at 1.3 m × 2.4 m × 2.6 m.
- Is Golf cart animated?
- Yes — the GLB carries a baked animation (6.0 s), ready to play with any glTF animation mixer.
- Which engines and tools can open it?
- Anything that reads glTF 2.0. three.js, React Three Fiber, Babylon.js, Godot 4 and Blender import the GLB directly; Unity and Unreal Engine load it through their glTF importers. The snippets above show the exact code for three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot and Blender.
- How was the Golf cart 3D model made?
- Claude Code (Claude Opus 5.5) generated it inside 1DesignTool's 3D template from a written brief, then the design kit's checks verified the geometry and the GLB before it was published. You can make your own the same way with 1DesignTool.
