Airlock door
A low-poly Mars colony airlock: a white bulkhead frame on a hazard-striped sill with a rust red pressure hatch, porthole, locking handwheel and orange warning beacon. A baked 10 s loop unlocks the wheel, swings the hatch open on its hinge, closes it and locks it again while the beacon turns.

Left rail: colours and the 3 knobs the agent wrote into this model — they rebuild the geometry and go into your download. Right rail: looks for the viewer. Drag to orbit, scroll to zoom.

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:
Airlock door for the Mars Colony kit. Design it as one clear asset at believable real-world scale for that setting (state the size in metres in meta.notes), with its main parts modelled and named, readable at thumbnail size and from every orbit angle. It moves: author a seamless baked loop (2–12 s) with every pivot exactly at its hinge, axle or swivel, and keep the base still. This is one part of the Mars Colony kit (Low-poly style, flat-lowpoly direction): A first settlement on red dust. Use ONLY the kit palette, by name: rust red #c32222, white #f4f1ec, solar blue #2e67b8, hazard orange #ed7e1d, rust red dark #821717, white dark #d7cebc, rust red light #db5757, white light #f9f8f6, soot black #1b1b22, warm white #f2ede2, mid grey #7d828c, dark wood #3d2a1c. Every material's `name` must be exactly the palette colour it uses — the GLB carries these names so the kit recolours as one; an unnamed material fails delivery. Kit knob: expose a param `dustStormLevel` (0–1, default 0.5) for the kit's "Dust storm level" setting wherever it makes sense on this part, and keep that id.

Note: Real-world scale in metres: about 2.9 m wide (sill) × 3.07 m tall (beacon top) × 1.3 m deep, with a 1.1 m × 2.0 m clear opening; origin at the bottom centre, front faces +Z. 1528 triangles, 10 materials named exactly by Mars Colony palette colour (the role is in each material's userData.role). The baked clip 'scene-motion' (10 s, seamless) turns the handwheel to unlock, swings the hatch about 95° out on its hinge pin, closes it, re-locks it, and turns the beacon head a whole number of times. Every pivot sits on its hinge, axle or swivel, and the sill and frame never move. Part ids use the hyphen-free slug 'marscolonyairlockdoor.*' because the kit's part-id validator rejects hyphens. dustStormLevel scales the dust drifts and the dust stain on the hatch, and sets the beacon spin rate (3–7 turns per loop); at 0 the dust is hidden. The GLB was exported at the default params (dust 0.5, 95° swing), so changing params only affects the live viewer until you re-export. glb-lint: 0 errors and 4 heuristic warnings: deliberate embedded joins, parts mounted on the frame mesh, a 3 m height versus the 1 m reference, and non-indexed merged stripe meshes.
