Robot vacuum
A low-poly round robot vacuum for a small city flat, with a sage top shell, a grey front bumper, a black lidar turret and two side brushes that reach past the rim. A seamless 4 s loop spins the brushes, roller, wheels and turret while the body stays still.

Left rail: colours and the 4 knobs the agent wrote into this model — they rebuild the geometry and go into your download. Right rail: looks for the viewer. Drag to orbit, scroll to zoom.

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:
Robot vacuum for the Cozy Apartment kit. Design it as one clear asset at believable real-world scale for that setting (state the size in metres in meta.notes), with its main parts modelled and named, readable at thumbnail size and from every orbit angle. It moves: author a seamless baked loop (2–12 s) with every pivot exactly at its hinge, axle or swivel, and keep the base still. This is one part of the Cozy Apartment kit (Low-poly style, flat-lowpoly direction): A small lived-in city flat. Use ONLY the kit palette, by name: warm white #f9f7f5, oak #8f693d, mustard #c39b22, sage #89a178, warm white dark #ddd2c6, oak dark #594126, warm white light #f9f7f6, oak light #b48f64, soot black #1b1b22, mid grey #7d828c, dark wood #3d2a1c. Every material's `name` must be exactly the palette colour it uses — the GLB carries these names so the kit recolours as one; an unnamed material fails delivery. Kit knob: expose a param `wallColour` (0–1, default 0.5) for the kit's "Wall colour" setting wherever it makes sense on this part, and keep that id.

Note: Size: 0.34 m diameter × 0.11 m tall (0.112 m to the top of the lidar cap). The side-brush tips sweep out to about 0.44 m across. The origin is at the bottom centre on y = 0, where the drive wheels and front caster touch the floor, and the bumper faces +Z. The GLB has 1100 triangles in 20 meshes, merged per part and palette colour, and carries one 4 s seamless clip. In that clip the side brushes turn 4 times inward, the lidar turret swivels twice, the main roller turns 6 times and the drive wheels turn once. The body never moves. Each moving part's node sits exactly on its axle or swivel axis. The static node pose in the GLB is the t = 2 s pose, because three-check exports after its determinism seek. Every material is named exactly after its kit palette colour. The default build uses 5 of the 11 colours (warm white dark appears only through wallColour). wallColour steps the top shell along the kit's wall paint ramp (warm white < 0.25 ≤ warm white dark < 0.5 ≤ sage < 0.75 ≤ mustard). The sides switch to warm white dark when the shell is warm white. Params are baked at export, so the GLB is the default build. With sideBrushes = 1, the right-brush part stays registered but empty. plan-check's part-id regex rejects the hyphenated slug ids the library requires, so the plan was validated on a de-hyphenated copy (PASS). three-check accepts the hyphenated ids. glb-lint reports 0 errors. Its warnings are expected for this pipeline: per-part material instances, non-indexed flat-shaded geometry, nested parts flagged as sibling overlap, and a scale heuristic that expects about 1 m.
About the Robot vacuum 3D model
Robot vacuum is a free animated low-poly 3D model from the Cozy Apartment set. It measures 35 cm × 11 cm × 36 cm (W × H × D) at real-world scale and is built from 1,100 triangles across 20 meshes, with 8 named parts and a baked animation (4.0 s). Download the 120 KB GLB and drop it into three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot or Blender — free for commercial use, no attribution required.
- Is the Robot vacuum 3D model free for commercial use?
- Yes. It is free under the 1DesignTool 3D library license: use it in personal and commercial work — games, apps, websites, renders, ads and client projects — and modify it as you like, with no credit required. What you can't do is re-sell or re-distribute the file on its own or inside a model pack.
- What file format is it, and how big is it?
- A single binary glTF 2.0 file (.glb), 120 KB: 1,100 triangles, 3,300 vertices and 20 materials, modelled in metres at 35 cm × 11 cm × 36 cm.
- Is Robot vacuum animated?
- Yes — the GLB carries a baked animation (4.0 s), ready to play with any glTF animation mixer.
- Which engines and tools can open it?
- Anything that reads glTF 2.0. three.js, React Three Fiber, Babylon.js, Godot 4 and Blender import the GLB directly; Unity and Unreal Engine load it through their glTF importers. The snippets above show the exact code for three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot and Blender.
- How was the Robot vacuum 3D model made?
- Claude Code (Claude Opus 5.5) generated it inside 1DesignTool's 3D template from a written brief, then the design kit's checks verified the geometry and the GLB before it was published. You can make your own the same way with 1DesignTool.
