Posters
A low-poly set of posters for a small flat that aren't hung yet. A 0.72 × 1.0 m framed sun-over-hills print leans on the floor on its easel strut, a smaller framed arch print leans against it, and three rolled posters lie in front.

Left rail: colours and the 4 knobs the agent wrote into this model — they rebuild the geometry and go into your download. Right rail: looks for the viewer. Drag to orbit, scroll to zoom.

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:
Posters for the Cozy Apartment kit. Design it as one clear asset at believable real-world scale for that setting (state the size in metres in meta.notes), with its main parts modelled and named, readable at thumbnail size and from every orbit angle. This is one part of the Cozy Apartment kit (Low-poly style, flat-lowpoly direction): A small lived-in city flat. Use ONLY the kit palette, by name: warm white #f9f7f5, oak #8f693d, mustard #c39b22, sage #89a178, warm white dark #ddd2c6, oak dark #594126, warm white light #f9f7f6, oak light #b48f64, soot black #1b1b22, mid grey #7d828c, dark wood #3d2a1c. Every material's `name` must be exactly the palette colour it uses — the GLB carries these names so the kit recolours as one; an unnamed material fails delivery. Kit knob: expose a param `wallColour` (0–1, default 0.5) for the kit's "Wall colour" setting wherever it makes sense on this part, and keep that id.

Note: Size: 0.94 m wide (X) × 0.84 m deep (Z, including the easel strut and rolls) × 0.99 m tall. The big frame is 0.72 × 1.0 m and the small frame is 0.40 × 0.52 m. The origin is at the bottom centre of the footprint, everything rests on y = 0, and the prints face +Z. Both frames stand on their bottom-back edge. The GLB has 864 triangles in 20 meshes. It is static and has no animation clip. Every material is named exactly after a kit palette colour. The exporter writes one material per mesh, so a name can repeat; recolour by name. The artwork is flat raised shapes, with no text or images. wallColour (the kit's 'Wall colour' knob) moves the big print's field along the kit's wall ramp: warm white dark, sage, mustard (the default) or oak light. On a mustard field the sun turns warm white light, and on a sage field the far hill turns oak light. frameHeight (0.8–1.2 m) scales the big frame, whose width stays 0.72 × its height. lean (5–14°) tilts the big frame back, and the small frame and strut re-seat to match. rolled sets the number of rolled posters (0–3). The GLB bakes every param at its default; the params change the geometry only when the viewer rebuilds the scene, and only the defaults were rendered and checked. glb-lint: 0 errors and 4 expected warnings: duplicate per-mesh palette materials, deliberately non-indexed geometry for flat facets, and artwork and backing layers nesting inside their frames. plan-check rejects only the hyphenated library part ids, because of its id regex; the same plan with the slug de-hyphenated passes. three-check and the GLB reload keep all 6 ids. Fix round 1 loosened the hero framing and darkened the roll bands. Fix round 2 lifted the roll bands, which had poked 3 mm below y = 0.
About the Posters 3D model
Posters is a free low-poly 3D model from the Cozy Apartment set. It measures 94 cm × 99 cm × 84 cm (W × H × D) at real-world scale and is built from 864 triangles across 20 meshes, with 6 named parts. Download the 79 KB GLB and drop it into three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot or Blender — free for commercial use, no attribution required.
- Is the Posters 3D model free for commercial use?
- Yes. It is free under the 1DesignTool 3D library license: use it in personal and commercial work — games, apps, websites, renders, ads and client projects — and modify it as you like, with no credit required. What you can't do is re-sell or re-distribute the file on its own or inside a model pack.
- What file format is it, and how big is it?
- A single binary glTF 2.0 file (.glb), 79 KB: 864 triangles, 2,592 vertices and 20 materials, modelled in metres at 94 cm × 99 cm × 84 cm.
- Can I animate Posters?
- It ships as a static mesh. Its 6 named parts are separate nodes, so you can move or animate each one in your engine.
- Which engines and tools can open it?
- Anything that reads glTF 2.0. three.js, React Three Fiber, Babylon.js, Godot 4 and Blender import the GLB directly; Unity and Unreal Engine load it through their glTF importers. The snippets above show the exact code for three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot and Blender.
- How was the Posters 3D model made?
- Claude Code (Claude Opus 5.5) generated it inside 1DesignTool's 3D template from a written brief, then the design kit's checks verified the geometry and the GLB before it was published. You can make your own the same way with 1DesignTool.
