How it was made

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:

A crystal ball about 0.35 m tall on a brass stand shaped like three claw feet on a round dark wood base, the sphere glass with a swirling lavender and rune cyan mist inside that slowly turns in a seamless 6 s baked loop. This is one part of the Wizard's Tower kit (Low-poly style, flat-lowpoly direction). Use ONLY the kit palette, by name: midnight blue #1d2448, deep violet #4b2a6b, lavender #8a6fb3, brass #b08d3c, aged gold #8a6a22, candle yellow #f2c94c, flame orange #e8833a, stone grey #6e6f78, dark stone #3e3f47, cliff slate #55606e, parchment #e7d7b1, oak brown #6b4a2f, dark wood #3d2a1c, moss green #5f7d4a, rune cyan #5fd3e6, soot black #1b1b22. Name each material after the palette colour it uses. Kit knobs: expose a param `magicGlow` (0–1, default 0.6) that scales every emissive magic element. Every material's `name` must be exactly the palette colour it uses; an unnamed material fails delivery. The claw feet must physically cradle the sphere: the ball rests in the claws with contact, never floating above them.

Note: Params rebuild geometry, so claw contact holds at every ball/base radius. magicGlow scales all emissive elements (mist, rune inlay, sphere inner glow) at build time. GLB carries the 6 s mist loop as a baked rigid clip. glb-lint warnings are explainable: non-indexed primitives come from flat-shaded facets, the swirl rings nest by design, 'detached' parts are the ball held by claw tips (cross-parent contact the heuristic can't see) and mist inside the sphere, and the 0.338 m height is the intended real-world scale. Glass sphere uses transparent BLEND — some engines need material sort order attention.
